The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative element of the modular fence in a flat plan in the first variant, Fig. 2 shows the decorative element of the modular fence in a flat plan in the second variant, Fig. 3 shows the decorative element of the modular fence in a flat plan in the third variant. Modular fence elements are commonly known as having a rigid frame, usually with a quadrangular cross-section, which transitions into a grid-like structure made of intersecting and interwoven slats, usually with a quadrangular cross-section. These, thanks to their tight arrangement, create an optically opaque partition. Such modular fence elements are available in a rectangular shape, or a rectangle with an upper edge formed by a frame bent into a second-degree curve, e.g., a semi-arc. Furthermore, the grid-like structure of such modular fence elements can transition into a decorative openwork element in the form of a grid made of intersecting narrow slats, usually with a quadrangular or circular cross-section. Alternatively, the grid-like structure can be used as a single openwork structure. This type of modular fence element features decorative elements exclusively in the form of an openwork latticework. The decorative element of an industrial-style modular fence is distinguished from familiar elements by its original shape. The decorative element of an industrial-style modular fence, in its first form, takes the form of a stylized diamond figure, composed of four elements interconnected at the corners of the stylized diamond figure. Each of the four elements has an outer edge bent into a semi-arc. Each of the four elements has both ends shaped so that the outer edge of each element merges into a rounded shape towards the end, so that the interconnected roundings of the adjacent edges create an element roughly resembling a flattened oval, situated at the top of each side of the stylized diamond element. The decorative element of the modular fence, based on the industrial design in the second variation, takes the form of a stylized diamond figure, composed of four elements interconnected at the corners of the stylized diamond figure. Each of the four elements has an outer edge bent into a semi-arc. Each of the four elements has both ends shaped so that the outer edge of each element merges into a rounded shape towards the tip, so that the interconnected roundings of the adjacent edges create an element roughly shaped like a flattened oval, situated at the top of each side of the stylized diamond element. Each of the four elements has an outer edge bent into a semi-arc. Each of the four elements has both ends shaped so that the outer edge of each element transitions to a rounded shape towards the tip, so that the interconnected roundings of the adjacent edges create an element roughly shaped like a flattened oval, situated at the top of each side of the stylized diamond element. The stylized diamond figure is situated within a frame formed by a second-degree curve.
