Jeziorna 4 Decorative element of a modular fence The subject of the industrial design is a decorative element of a modular fence used as an element incorporated into the filling of various elements of a modular fence, from which various forms of small garden architecture can be combined, such as gazebos, pergolas or various garden partitions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing (Fig.), which shows a decorative element of a modular fence in a flat view. Modular fence elements are commonly known as having a rigid frame, usually with a quadrangular cross-section, which transitions into a grid-like structure made of intersecting and interwoven slats, usually with a quadrangular cross-section. These, thanks to their tight arrangement, create an optically opaque partition. Such modular fence elements are available in a rectangular shape, or a rectangle with an upper edge formed by a frame bent into a second-degree curve, e.g., a semi-arc. Furthermore, the grid-like structure of such modular fence elements can transition into a decorative openwork element in the form of a grid made of intersecting narrow slats, usually with a quadrangular or circular cross-section. Alternatively, the grid-like structure can be used as a single openwork structure. This type of modular fence element features decorative elements exclusively in the form of an openwork latticework. The decorative element of an industrial modular fence is distinguished from other familiar elements by its original shape. The decorative element of an industrial modular fence has the general shape of a sector of a circle, or a triangle with an arched hypotenuse. It consists of three interconnected parts: a central element, a set of radial elements, and a crowning element. The central element has the general shape of a triangle with an arched hypotenuse. The arched hypotenuse merges into a radial set of radial elements extending from it, resembling elongated trapezoids, whose bases are arched. The radial elements then transition into a crowning element in the shape of an elongated quadrangle bent into an arc, the shape of which corresponds to the curve of the hypotenuse of the central element. Individual decorative elements can be combined to create increasingly larger segments of a circle, up to and including a full circle.
