PL 27801 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel ogrodzenia, z którego to panelu mozna zestawiac rózne formy malej architektury ogrodowej takie jak np. ploty, altany, pergole, przegrody ogrodowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia panel ogrodzenia w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – panel ogrodzenia widoku z przodu, fig. 3 – panel ogrodzenia z tylu, fig. 4. – panel ogrodzenia w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig. 5 – panel ogrodzenia w widoku perspektywicznym od góry. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest równiez na ilustracji zbiorczej. Panel ogrodzenia wykonany z cienkosciennych profili otwartych z blachy przedstawiony na fig. 1 ? fig. 5 zbudowany jest z ramy i wypelnienia w postaci wygietych sztachet. Rama ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt ceownika wygietego na obu koncach pod katem prostym do wewnatrz jak pokazano na fig. 5. Panel ma postac czworokata z poziomo przymocowanymi do ramy sztachetami, które usytuowane sa w kilku rzedach, nie nachodzac na siebie tworzac poziome szczeliny na calej dlugosci. W ramie, na jej tylnej czesci znajduja sie otwory na elementy mocujace sztachety. Otwory umozliwiaja szybki montaz sztachet za pomoca wkretów, w sposób niewidoczny od strony frontowej. Sztachety panelu ogrodzenia w widoku z boku maja ksztalt zblizony do litery S jak pokazano zwlaszcza na fig. 1, fig. 4 i fig. 5. Górna czesc wygietej sztachety na obu jej koncach mocowana jest do wewnetrznej wygietej krótszej scianki ramy, a dolna równolegla do górnej, mocowana jest do przeciwleglej wygietej krótszej scianki ramy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: fig. 1 shows the fence panel in a perspective view, fig. 2 – fence panel from the front, fig. 3 – fence panel from the back, fig. 4. – fence panel in a perspective view from the back, fig. 5 – fence panel in a perspective view from the top. The subject of the industrial design is also shown in the collective illustration. The fence panel made of thin-walled open sheet metal profiles shown in fig. 1 - fig. 5 is composed of a frame and a filling in the form of bent pickets. The frame has a cross-section in the shape of a C-profile bent at both ends at a right angle to the inside as shown in Fig. 5. The panel has the form of a quadrangle with pickets attached horizontally to the frame, which are arranged in several rows, not overlapping each other, creating horizontal gaps along the entire length. In the frame, on its rear part, there are holes for the picket fasteners. The holes allow for quick assembly of the pickets using screws, in a way invisible from the front. The pickets of the fence panel in a side view have a shape similar to the letter S as shown especially in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The upper part of the bent picket is attached at both its ends to the inner bent shorter wall of the frame, and the lower one, parallel to the upper one, is attached to the opposite bent shorter wall of the frame.
