Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac skrzyni, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem i uloze- niem listew oraz walorami estetycznymi, która znajduje zastosowanie jako ozdobna skrzynia do uprawy roslin a jednoczesnie do przechowywania. Skrzynia jest przeznaczona do domu, ogrodu, parków i tara- sów, nadajaca sie do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Zestawienie kilku skrzyn pozwala na utwo- rzenie balustrady tarasu, balkonu, odgrodzenia czesci ogrodu, wyznaczenia alei w parku, ogrodzie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the box, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the slats and aesthetic values, which can be used as a decorative box for growing plants and at the same time for storage. The box is designed for homes, gardens, parks and terraces, and can be recreated in industrial production. The combination of several boxes allows you to create a terrace balustrade, a balcony, a partition of a garden, and an alley in a park or garden.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia skrzynie w widoku perspektywicznym o ukladzie elementów pionowych i poziomych, fig. 2 nastepna odmiane skrzyni z otwarta czescia boku skrzyni poprzez sciaganie, fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane skrzyni z otwartymi uchylnie czesciami boków, fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane skrzyni w wersji pietrowej co stwarza dodatkowe miejsce do upraw, skrzynia posiada w tej odmianie otwarcie w kilku lub w jednym boku, fig. 5 przedstawia odmiane skrzyni w wersji pietrowej i uchylona czescia jednego boku, fig. 6 przedstawia odmiane skrzyni w wersji pietrowej i uchylonymi czesciami dwóch boków.
