Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie herbaty. Znane opakowania herbaty maja zazwyczaj postac torebek lub pudelek, na ogól prostopadlosciennych. Strona wierzchnia pudelka albo stanowi etykiete wyrobu lub ja zawiera. Opakowania poszczególnych firm, majace postac pudelek, róznia sie wielkoscia proporcjami wymiarowymi boków, a takze kolorystyka i zawartoscia napisów i elementów graficznych na scianach pudelka, a zwlaszcza na jego etykiecie. Opakowanie herbaty wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majace postac prostopadlosciennego pudelka, którego wierzchnia scianka stanowi etykiete, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego wierzchnia i spodnia scianka sa koloru bialego, a na sciankach bocznych znajduje sie szeroki pas koloru odcieni zólci, ograniczony od góry i od dolu brazowa linia przy czym na etykiecie, w jej lewejgórnej czesci, znajduje sie znak graficzny w postaci okregu w kolorze odcieni zieleni, wewnatrz którego znajduja sie tego samego koloru litery „SP", trzy gwiazdki i napisy w jezyku angielskim i chinskim, obok usytuowany jest czerwony napis w jezyku chinskim, pod nim napisy w jezyku angielskim i chinskim, obok znajduje sie wytloczony element graficzny, przedstawiajacy filizanke, natomiast w dolnej lewej i górnej prawej czesci usytuowane sa elementy graficzne w postaci zlotych i brazowych soczewek, zas w dolnej czesci etykiety usytuowany jest napis chinski. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na ilustracji przedstawiajacej na fig. 1 wyglad opakowania, a na fig. 2 fragment etykiety z wytloczonym ksztaltem filizanki. Well-known tea packaging typically takes the form of tea bags or boxes, generally rectangular. The top of the box either represents or contains the product label. Individual companies' box-shaped packaging varies in size, the dimensional proportions of the sides, as well as the colors and content of inscriptions and graphic elements on the box walls, particularly on the label. Tea packaging according to the industrial design, in the form of a rectangular box, the top wall of which constitutes a label, is characterized in that its top and bottom walls are white, and on the side walls there is a wide stripe in shades of yellow, bordered at the top and bottom by a brown line, while on the label, in its upper left part, there is a graphic symbol in the form of a circle in shades of green, inside which there are the letters "SP" of the same color, three stars and inscriptions in English and Chinese, next to it there is a red inscription in Chinese, below it inscriptions in English and Chinese, next to it there is an embossed graphic element representing a cup, while in the lower left and upper right parts there are graphic elements in the form of gold and brown lenses, and in the lower part of the label there is a Chinese inscription. The industrial design is shown in the illustration showing the appearance of the packaging in Fig. 1, and a fragment of the label with an embossed cup shape in Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design are the colors of the packaging: white, yellow, brown, red, and a yellow stripe on the side walls, the appearance of the label, and the form and relative positioning of inscriptions and graphic elements.
