Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1-4 oraz na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5-8, na których fig. 1-4 przedstawiaja odmiany opakowania dla zróznicowanych nazw rodzajowych czekolady w rozwinieciu, które po zlozeniu wzdluz ich linii giecia stanowia splaszczone prostopadlosciany, fig. 5-8 rozwiniecia tych samych opakowan w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych przeznaczone dla czekolad o zróznicowanych ich nazwach rodzajowych i walorach smakowych. The essence of the industrial design is its decoration, arrangement of lines and colors, shape, and the arrangement and content of inscriptions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in Figures 1-4 and illustrative material Figures 5-8, in which Figures 1-4 show unfolded versions of the packaging for different chocolate generic names, which, when folded along their fold lines, form flattened cuboids, and Figures 5-8 show unfolded versions of the same packaging in different color variations intended for chocolates with different generic names and flavors. The development of each packaging variant is a central rectangular field 1, to both longer sides of which, constituting bending lines 2, are adjacent identical fields 3 in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, provided with extreme horizontal bending lines 4, wherein the central rectangular field has horizontal bending lines 5 and a vertical bending line 6 on both sides. In the upper part of the central rectangular field there are two horizontally and parallel to each other bold lines 7 connected in the central part by a bold line with a circle sector profile, above which there is the inscription "WAWEL KRAKÓW" in stylized letters and a drawing in a shape resembling the "WAWEL" castle. Below this segment of the circle there are inscriptions specifying the name and type of chocolate, i.e. "CREAM CHOCOLADA SMIETANKOWA" or "DARK CHOCOLADA BIRZKA" or "MILK CHOCOLADA MLECZNA" or "HAZELNUT CHOCOLADA MLECZNA Z ORZECHAMI HAZELNUT", and below these inscriptions there are drawings of two flattened cuboids imitating chocolates, situated diagonally, the upper one of which partially covers the corner of the lower cuboid, and below them there is the inscription "SUPERIOR", while on the right side of the rectangular field limited by the vertical bending line 6 there are multilingual information inscriptions and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo, as shown in fig. 1 -4. Its central rectangular field in black and navy blue has in its upper part two bold golden lines situated horizontally and parallel to each other, which are connected in the central part by a bold line with a circular sector profile, also in golden, and above them there is the inscription "WAWEL KRAKÓW" in stylised golden letters and a drawing of the "WAWEL" castle, also in golden, which together constitute a verbal and figurative trademark placed on a black rectangular field bounded at the bottom by the aforementioned golden lines.
