Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na opakowania jednostkowe slodyczy, wykonany z tektury. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zestawie kolorystyczno-graficznym jego napisów i elementów ozdobnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w stanie zamknietym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w stanie otwartym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - rozwiniecie opakowania jednostkowego slodyczy, fig. 4 - rozwiniecie pojemnika, fig. 5 - fotografie pojemnika pokazanego na fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 6 - fotografie pojemnika pokazanego na fig. 2 w widoku perspektywicznym. Pojemnik na opakowania jednostkowe slodyczy pokazany na fig. 1 i 2 oraz na fig. 5 i 6 ma ksztalt bryly prostopadlosciennej z otwierana jej górna pozioma sciana, wewnatrz której znajduje sie pietnascie opakowan jednostkowych slodyczy w ksztalcie pionowo usytuowanych graniastoslupów prawidlowych o podstawach szescioboków foremnych. Dluzsze sciany boczne pojemnika w górnej ich czesci sa wydluzone i zagiete prostopadle do nich oraz w kierunku jego wnetrza wzdluz poziomych linii giec usytuowanych w plaszczyznie górnych boków krótszych scian bocznych pojemnika, przy czym powstale zagiete elementy maja ksztalt zblizony do waskich pasków przypominajacych trapezy prostokatne, natomiast jedna krótsza sciana boczna jest znacznie wydluzona i zagieta prostopadle do niej równiez wzdluz poziomej linii giecia lezacej na przedluzeniu linii giec wspomnianych elementów trapezowych. Na scianach bocznych pojemnika wykonany jest poziomo usytuowany motyw dekoracyjny, przypominajacy scieg stebnowany, który na jego dwóch dluzszych scianachbocznych i jednej krótszej scianie bocznej usytuowany jest w linii prostej, zas na drugiej krótszej scianie bocznej przechodzi w ksztalt splaszczonej litery „U". Sciany pojemnika maja kolor ciemno-zielony i jego odcieni z fragmentami w kolorze zóltym, które stanowia trójkatne pola stykajace sie dluzszymi ich bokami z krawedziami podstawy, a bokami krótszymi we wspólnej krawedzi sciany bocznej krótszej i dluzszej, przy czym w poblizu przeciwprostokatnych tych pól na zóltym tle znajduja sie usytuowane równolegle do nich pogrubione linie zielone. The design's new and original form is evident in its shape, line arrangement, and the color and graphic combination of its lettering and decorative elements. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the container in its closed state, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the same container in its open state, Fig. 3 shows an unfolded view of the individual package of sweets, Fig. 4 shows an unfolded view of the container, Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the container shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the container shown in Fig. 2. The container for individual packages of sweets shown in Figs. 1 and 2 and Figs. 5 and 6 has the shape of a cuboid with an opening upper horizontal wall, inside which there are fifteen individual packages of sweets in the shape of vertically arranged regular prisms with regular hexagonal bases. The longer side walls of the container are elongated in their upper portions and bent perpendicularly to them and towards the container's interior along horizontal bend lines located in the plane of the upper sides of the shorter side walls. The resulting bent elements have a shape similar to narrow strips resembling rectangular trapezoids. One shorter side wall is significantly elongated and bent perpendicularly to it, also along a horizontal bend line extending the bend lines of the aforementioned trapezoidal elements. The bent and horizontally positioned element of the shorter side constitutes the container's upper wall, functioning as a pivotally opening flap, which is finally bent perpendicularly to the container's interior along a bend line located at the junction of the other shorter side wall. The side walls of the container feature a horizontally placed decorative motif resembling a topstitch stitch, which is arranged in a straight line on its two longer side walls and one shorter side wall, while on the other shorter side wall it changes into the shape of a flattened "U". The walls of the container are dark green and its shades with yellow fragments, which constitute triangular fields whose longer sides touch the edges of the base, and whose shorter sides touch the common edge of the shorter and longer side walls, while near the hypotenuses of these fields there are bold green lines running parallel to them on a yellow background. In addition, on the green background of both longer side walls of the container, in the upper middle part, there is an image of Wawel Castle, and below it a stylized inscription "Wawel Kraków" in gold, and below it, diagonally placed stylized inscriptions "Mint pastilles" in white and yellow, and next to this inscription there are drawings of two diagonally placed regular prisms with regular hexagonal bases, covered with each other in the lower part in dark green and its shades and partly yellow, while in the upper part on their three adjacent rectangular walls there is the above-described drawing of Wawel Castle and inscriptions, and in the lower part, on a green and yellow background, a drawing of a full chocolate heart in chocolate and a drawing of a cut chocolate in white and chocolate placed above green mint leaves. In turn, on one shorter side wall of the container and on its upper wall, on their green backgrounds, there are the above-described drawings of Wawel Castle and inscriptions, while in the lower part of the shorter side wall, on a green-yellow background, there are the above-described drawings of chocolates and mint leaves, and on the green-yellow background of the upper wall, there are drawings of the above-described regular prisms. The development of the unit package shown in Fig. 3 consists of six rectangular fields and one trapezoidal field adjacent to them, separated from each other by bending lines, and adjacent to the shorter sides of one rectangular field a field in the shape of a regular hexagon, situated opposite each other, to the three upper sides of which fields with a profile close to a semicircle adjoin, while to the two adjacent shorter sides of the rectangular fields adjoin fields with a shape close to a triangle with a rounded corner, wherein these fields are separated from each other by bending lines, and the sides of the triangular fields and the lower sides of the regular hexagons are separated from each other by cutting lines. In turn, the development of the unit packaging container shown in Fig. 4 consists of two longer identical rectangular fields and two shorter identical rectangular fields, where one of the shorter fields is adjacent to the side of the longer fields, and the other of these shorter fields is adjacent to one of the longer fields, where the second shorter field is adjacent on one side to the longer rectangular field connected by a bending line to the shorter rectangular field, and on the other side of it and to the side of the analogous second shorter rectangular field are adjacent fields with a profile close to a rectangular trapezoid. In addition, one longer rectangular field is adjoined by a field close to a trapezium, and the other longer rectangular field is adjoined by a rectangular field with an opening in the shape of an open rectangle, while the opposite longer sides of these fields and the shorter side of the outermost longer rectangular field are adjoined by narrow fields with a trapezoidal profile, with all rectangular and trapezoidal fields being separated from each other by bending lines. Essential features of the industrial design The container for unit packages of sweets shown in drawings fig. 1-4 and illustrative material fig. 5 and 6 is characterized by the fact that it has: the shape of a cuboid solid with an opening upper horizontal wall, inside which there are unit packages of sweets in the shape of vertically arranged regular prisms with regular hexagonal bases, wherein the longer side walls of the container in their upper part are elongated and bent perpendicularly to them and towards its interior along horizontal bend lines situated in the plane of the upper sides of the shorter side walls of the container, and the resulting bent elements have a shape similar to narrow strips resembling rectangular trapezoids, while one shorter side wall is significantly elongated and bent perpendicularly thereto also along a horizontal bending line lying on the extension of the bending lines of the said trapezoidal elements, and the bent and horizontally positioned element of the shorter side constitutes the upper wall of the container, fulfilling the function of a pivotally opened flap, which is finally bent perpendicularly to the interior of the container along a bending line situated at the contact of the second shorter side wall of the container; - the unfolding of the unit packaging shown in Fig. 3 consists of six rectangular fields and one trapezoidal field adjacent to them, separated from each other by bending lines, and adjacent to the shorter sides of one rectangular field a field in the shape of a regular hexagon, situated opposite each other, to the three upper sides of which fields with a profile close to a semicircle adjoin, while to the two adjacent shorter sides of the rectangular fields adjoin fields with a shape close to a triangle with rounded corners, these fields being separated from each other by bending lines, while the sides of the triangular fields and the lower sides of the regular hexagons are separated from each other by cutting lines; - the development of the container of unit packages shown in Fig. 4 consists of two longer identical rectangular fields and two shorter identical rectangular fields, where one of the shorter fields is adjacent to the side of the longer fields, and the other of these shorter fields is adjacent to one of the longer fields, where the second shorter field is adjacent on one side to a longer rectangular field connected with a shorter rectangular field by a bending line, and on the other side of it and to the side of the analogous second shorter rectangular field, fields with a profile close to a rectangular trapezium are adjacent, while one longer rectangular field is adjacent to a field close to a trapezium, and the second longer rectangular field is adjacent to a rectangular field with an opening in the shape of an open rectangle, and narrow fields are adjacent to the opposite longer sides of these fields and to the shorter side of the outermost longer rectangular field with a trapezoidal profile, wherein all rectangular and trapezoidal fields are separated from each other by bending lines; on the side walls of the container there is a horizontally placed decorative motif resembling a topstitch, which on its two longer side walls and one shorter side wall is situated in a straight line, while on the other shorter side wall it changes into the shape of a flattened letter "U"; the walls of the container are dark green and its shades with yellow fragments, which constitute triangular fields with their longer sides in contact with the edges of the base and with their shorter sides at the common edge of the shorter and longer side walls, and near the hypotenuses of these fields there are bold green lines situated parallel to them on a yellow background; on the three side walls and the top wall of the container there are drawings of Wawel Castle with the inscriptions "Wawel Kraków" and with the inscriptions "Mint pastilles" and drawings of two obliquely situated regular prisms with regular hexagonal bases, covered with each other in the lower part in dark green and its shades and partially in yellow, while in the upper part on the three adjacent rectangular walls there is the drawing of Wawel Castle described above and the inscriptions, while in the lower part on a green and yellow background there is a drawing of a full chocolate heart in chocolate and a drawing of a cut chocolate in white and chocolate placed above green mint leaves.
