Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie zbiorcze czekoladek. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie opakowania, jego kolorystyce oraz ukladzie linii i elementów ozdobnych na jego powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 oraz zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5-8, na których fig. 1 i 5 przedstawiaja opakowanie zbiorcze czekoladek w kolorze zóltym i jego odcieniach, w widoku perspektywicznym z otwarta kieszenia fig. 2 i 6 - odmiane tego samego opakowania w kolorze zielonym i jego odcieniach, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 i 7 - nastepna odmiane tego samego opakowania w kolorze fioletowym i jego odcieniach, w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 i 8 - kolejna odmiane tego samego opakowania w kolorze brazowym i jego odcieniach, w widoku perspektywicznym. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the packaging, its colors, and the arrangement of lines and decorative elements on its surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings Figs. 1-4 and the attached illustrative material Figs. 5-8, in which Figs. 1 and 5 depict a collective packaging of chocolates in yellow and its shades, in a perspective view with an open pocket; Figs. 2 and 6 depict a perspective view of the same packaging in green and its shades; Figs. 3 and 7 depict another perspective view of the same packaging in purple and its shades; and Figs. 4 and 8 depict another perspective view of the same packaging in brown and its shades. As shown in fig. 1-8, the collective packaging of chocolates has the shape of a cuboidal solid with the dimensions of depth to width and height as 1:1.5:2.5, having in the lower part of the front wall a rectangular opening with a trapezoidal recess in its right side, covered by a rectangular wall with a bend along the lower side, enabling its rotation, provided with side walls situated perpendicularly to it, having radially convex upper sides, wherein this wall in the central part of the upper side has a trapezoidal opening and is covered from the outside by a similar rectangular wall, the right side of which is provided with a trapezoidal protrusion, which in the unused state has cuts along its entire circumference, enabling its complete removal and access to the chocolates inside Inside the package after opening the pocket. Individual chocolate packages differ in their background color and the name of the chocolates contained within, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 5-8. The chocolate package shown in Figs. 1 and 5 is yellow and its shades, and on the axis of symmetry of all the walls it has decorative elements in the form of blue stripes with white edges and white square elements arranged on a blue background, placed diagonally along these stripes, which intersect at right angles on the axes of symmetry of these walls. At their finials, these stripes are partially obscured by a white parallelogram-like element with a blue border and slightly concave sides, decorated with a blue and white bow. On each white background of the parallelogram element there is the inscription "Adwokat" in blue, and above these elements there is the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo in white and gold. On the created rectangular fields of each side of the packaging there are regularly spaced inscriptions "Adwokat", and on the background of each of these fields there are images of chocolates with and without individual packaging. The drawings of these chocolates, in brown, have a shape similar to a truncated pyramid with trapezoidal projections on their side surfaces, while the drawings of the chocolates in the wrapping have the same shape as the chocolates and are yellow and its shades, and along the trapezoidal projections on the yellow background there are decorative elements in the form of blue stripes with white edges and elements in the form of white squares placed diagonally along these stripes on the blue background, which are topped with each other on the upper surface and partially covered by an element in the shape similar to a white parallelogram with a blue border and slightly concave sides, fitted with a blue and white bow, and on the white background of this element there is the inscription "Adwokat" in blue. The variant of the chocolate collective packaging shown in Fig. 2 and 6 has an identical external shape, blue and white stripes and drawings of chocolates on the walls of the packaging and blue and white parallelogram elements topping it with a blue and white bow and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo as the packaging shown in Fig. 1 and 5, and the difference between them is that this variant is green in color and its shades, and on the white background of the parallelogram elements there is the inscription "Orzech w kremie kawowym" in blue. The second variant of the chocolate collective packaging shown in Fig. 3 and 7 has an identical external shape, blue and white stripes and drawings of chocolates on the walls of the packaging and blue and white parallelogram elements topping it with a blue and white bow and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo as the packaging shown in Fig. 1 and 5, and the difference between them is that this variant is purple in color and its shades, and on the white background of the parallelogram elements there is the inscription "Plum in cream" in blue. The third variant of the chocolate collective packaging shown in Fig. 4 and 8 has an identical external shape, blue and white stripes and drawings of chocolates on the walls of the packaging and blue and white parallelogram elements topping it with a blue and white bow and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo as the packaging shown in Fig. 1 and 5, and the difference between them is that this variant is brown in colour and its shades, and on the white background of the parallelogram elements there is the inscription "Toffi" in blue. Essential features of the industrial design The collective packaging of chocolates shown in fig. 1-8 is characterized by the following: - the collective packaging of chocolates has the shape of a cuboidal solid with the dimensions of depth to width and height as 1:1.5:2.5, having in the lower part of the front wall a rectangular opening with a trapezoidal recess in its right side, covered by a rectangular wall with a bend along the lower side, enabling its rotation, provided with side walls situated perpendicularly to it, having radially convex upper sides, wherein this wall in the central part of the upper side has a trapezoidal opening and is covered from the outside by a similar rectangular wall, the right side of which is provided with a trapezoidal protrusion, which in the unused state has cuts along its entire circumference, allowing it to be completely removed and access to the chocolates inside the package after opening the pocket; - the collective packaging of chocolates is yellow and its shades, and on the axis of symmetry of all walls it has decorative elements in the form of blue stripes with white edges and elements in the shape of white squares arranged on a blue background, placed diagonally along these stripes, which in the axes of symmetry of these walls intersect at right angles, and at their finials these stripes are partially covered by an element in the shape of a white parallelogram with a blue border and slightly concave sides, provided with a blue and white bow, and on each white background of the parallelogram element there is the inscription "Adwokat" in blue, and above these elements the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo in white and gold, and on the created rectangular fields of each wall of the packaging there are regularly arranged the inscription "Adwokat" and, against their background, on each of these fields, drawings of chocolates with individual wrapping and without wrapping, while the drawings of these chocolates, in brown, have a shape similar to a truncated pyramid with trapezoidal projections on their side surfaces, and the drawings of chocolates in the wrapping have the same shape as the chocolates and are yellow and its shades, whereby along the trapezoidal projections on the yellow background there are decorative elements in the form of blue stripes with white edges and elements in the form of white squares placed diagonally along these stripes, placed on a blue background, which are topped with each other on the upper surface and partially covered by an element in the shape similar to a white parallelogram with a blue border and slightly concave sides, equipped with a blue and white bow, and on the white background of this element there is an inscription "Advocate" in blue, as shown in figs. 1 and 5; - a variant of the chocolate collective packaging has an identical external shape, blue and white stripes and drawings of chocolates on the walls of the packaging and topped with blue and white parallelogram elements with a blue and white bow and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo as the packaging shown in figs. 1 and 5, this variant being green in colour and its shades, and on the white background of the parallelogram elements there is the inscription "Orzech w kremie kawowym" in blue, as shown in figs. 2 and 6; - the chocolate packaging variant has an identical external shape, blue and white stripes and drawings of chocolates on the sides of the packaging and blue and white parallelogram elements with a blue and white bow and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo on top as the packaging shown in Fig. 1 and 5, this variant being purple in colour and its shades, and on the white background of the parallelogram elements there is the inscription "Plum in cream" in blue, as shown in Fig. 3 and 7; - the chocolate packaging variation has an identical external shape, blue and white stripes and drawings of chocolates on the sides of the packaging and blue and white parallelogram elements with a blue and white bow and the "WAWEL KRAKÓW" logo on top as the packaging shown in Fig. 1 and 5, and the difference between them is that this variation is brown in color and its shades, and on the white background of the parallelogram elements there is the inscription "Toffi" in blue, as shown in Fig. 4 and 8.
