Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy wykonane w ksztalcie woreczka z folii celofanowej lub polietylenowej, majacego w stanie zlozonym zarys prostokatny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ukladzie slowno-kolorystyczno-graficznym i ukladzie linii na jego scianie frontowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie slodyczy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu, w wersji czarno-bialej, wewnatrz którego znajduja sie cukierki w owijkach, a fig. 2 - to samo opakowanie w wersji kolorowej. Jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i 2 opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy ma sciane frontowa o zarysie prostokatnym z tlem przezroczystym oraz w kolorze czerwono-pomaranczowym i ich odcieniach. W centralnej czesci sciany frontowej opakowania znajduje sie element przezroczysty o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego z zaokraglonym czesciowo górnym jego bokiem, na którego tle jest nadrukowana figura obrazujaca spiralna muszle slimaka, której bok wewnetrzny jest plynnie polaczony z górnym lukiem elementu przezroczystego, a bok zewnetrzny z prawym prostym bokiem czesci prostokatnej elementu przezroczystego. Na powierzchni elementu slimakowegoznajduja sie pasma usytuowane spiralnie w kolorze czerwono-pomaranczowym i zóltym z ich odcieniami, zachodzace na górna lukowa kolorystyczna czesc opakowania i opadajace ku podstawie opakowania. Z kolei, nad lukowa czescia sciany frontowej umieszczony jest napis „Mieszanka Wawel" usytuowany równiez lukowo, wykonany drukowanymi literami w kolorze bialym z brazowa ich obwódka, a nad nim na czerwonym tle dalszej czesci opakowania znajduje sie logo „WAWEL" w postaci figury granatowej o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata z wkleslym jego dolnym bokiem z biala soczewkowa obwódka, na tle której umieszczony jest usytuowany lukowo napis „Wawel" wykonany stylizowanymi bialymi literami. Ponadto, z prawej strony figury granatowej znajduje sie figura w ksztalcie pólpierscienia w kolorze jasnobrazowym z lukowo usytuowanym na niej napisem „prawdziwa czekolada" wykonanym w kolorze bialym, a wewnatrz niej znajduja sie figury imitujace czekolade w ksztalcie kostki prostopadlosciennej oraz polamanych elementów spiralnych w kolorze ciemnobrazowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy wykonane w ksztalcie woreczka z folii celofanowej lub polietylenowej o zarysie prostokatnym, uwidocznione na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma sciane frontowa o zarysie prostokatnym z tlem przezroczystym oraz w kolorze czerwono-pomaranczowym i ich odcieniach, przy czym w centralnej czesci tej sciany znajduje sie element przezroczysty o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego z zaokraglonym czesciowo górnym jego bokiem, na którego tle jest nadrukowana figura obrazujaca spiralna muszle slimaka, której bokprzejsciami w pofalowane dolne obrzeze górnej czesci tej sciany w kolorze brazowym z jego pasmowymi odcieniami z przylegajacym do niego waskim zóltym pasmem, na tle których znajduja sie napisy usytuowane poziomo w trzech wierszach zawierajace slowa:" Mieszanka krakowska" wykonane stylizowanymi literami w kolorze zóltym, a pod nimi napis „cukierki w czekoladzie" wykonane duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze bialym usytuowany nad biala pozioma linia; - nad wspomnianymi napisami do obrzeza brazowego przylega figura granatowa o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego z wkleslym dolnym jego bokiem z soczewkowa biala jego obwódka na powierzchni której znajduje sie napis „Wawel" wykonany stylizowanymi bialymi literami, stanowiaca logo „WAWEL", do której to figury i obrzeza brazowego z kolei przylega element prostokatny w kolorze zóltym; - na bocznych scianach opakowania na zólto-pomaranczowym tle znajduja sie rysunki cukierków prostopadlosciennych z owijkami zóltymi, jasnobrazowymi, czerwonymi, ciemnobrazowymi i granatowymi ich kokardami, pod którymi umieszczone sa odpowiednio napisy „cytrynowo-waniliowy, marcepanowy, nugatowy i czekoladowy".Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a decorative confectionery package made in the shape of a bag made of cellophane or polyethylene foil, with a rectangular outline when folded. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the word, color, and graphic arrangement and the arrangement of lines on its front panel. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the confectionery package in a perspective view from the front, in black and white, containing wrapped candies, and Fig. 2 shows the same package in color. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the decorative confectionery package has a rectangular front panel with a transparent background and the colors red and orange and their shades. In the central part of the front wall of the packaging, there is a transparent element with a roughly rectangular outline, with a partially rounded upper side. On the background, a figure representing a spiral snail shell is printed. The inner side of the shell is seamlessly connected to the upper arc of the transparent element, and the outer side to the right straight side of the rectangular part of the transparent element. The surface of the spiral element features spiraling stripes of red-orange and yellow, with their shades, overlapping the upper arc of the packaging and descending towards the base. In turn, above the arched part of the front wall there is the inscription "Mieszanka Wawel", also situated in an arch, in white block letters with a brown border. Above it, on the red background of the rest of the packaging, there is the "WAWEL" logo in the form of a navy blue figure with an outline similar to a rectangle with a concave lower side and a white lenticular border, against which the inscription "Wawel" is situated in an arched position in stylized white letters. Furthermore, to the right of the navy blue figure, there is a figure in the shape of a light brown half-ring with an arched inscription "real chocolate" placed on it in white, and inside it there are figures imitating chocolate in the shape of a cuboid cube and broken spiral elements in dark brown. Essential features of the industrial design Decorative packaging for sweets made in the shape of a bag made of cellophane or polyethylene foil with a rectangular outline, shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - it has a front wall with a rectangular outline with a transparent background and in red and orange color and their shades, where in the central part of this wall there is a transparent element with an outline close to rectangular with its upper side partially rounded, on the background of which there is a printed figure depicting a spiral snail shell, the side of which transitions into the wavy lower edge of the upper part of this wall in brown with its striped shades and an adjacent narrow yellow band, on the background of which there are inscriptions placed horizontally in three lines containing the words: "Mixture of Krakow" in stylized yellow letters, and below them the inscription "chocolate-covered candies" in large white block letters, situated above a white horizontal line; - above the above-mentioned inscriptions, a navy blue figure with a rectangular-like outline with a concave lower side and a lenticular white border adjoins the brown rim, on the surface of which there is the inscription "Wawel" in stylized white letters, constituting the "WAWEL" logo, to which a yellow rectangular element, in turn, adjoins the figure and the brown rim; - on the side walls of the packaging, on a yellow-orange background, there are drawings of cuboid candies with yellow, light brown, red, dark brown and navy blue wrappers and their bows, under which the inscriptions "lemon-vanilla, marzipan, nougat and chocolate" are placed, respectively.
