Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie wyrobów cukierniczych, ze stylizowanymi napisami i rysunkami na powierzchni, przeznaczone jako opakowanie w postaci torebki do pralin. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie opakowania oraz w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni opakowania, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia w odmianie pierwszej ksztalt, barwy i szate slowno-graficzna powierzchni zamknietej torebki w widoku czolowym i czesciowo bocznym, a fig. 2 – przedstawia w odmianie drugiej ksztalt, barwy i szate slowno-graficzna powierzchni zamknietej torebki w widoku czolowym i czesciowo bocznym. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego nalezy ksztalt torebki oraz elementy slowno-graficzne i ich kolorystyka, uwidocznione na czolowej powierzchni torebki, które w szczególnosci zawieraja stylizowany napis „Lumarki", rysunki polówek pralin wypelnionych masa cu- kiernicza oraz logo zglaszajacego, bedace zgloszonym do Urzedu Patentowego RP znakiem towaro- wym slowno-graficznym „LUMAR CONFECTIONERY SINCE 1992". PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a packaging of confectionery products, with stylized inscriptions and drawings on the surface, intended as packaging in the form of a bag for pralines. The new and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of the packaging and in the colorful graphic design on the surface of the packaging, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows in the first version the shape, colors and verbal and graphic design of the surface of the closed bag in a frontal and partially side view, and Fig. 2 shows in the second version the shape, colors and verbal and graphic design of the surface of the closed bag in a frontal and partially side view. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the industrial design include the shape of the bag and the word and graphic elements and their colours, visible on the front surface of the bag, which in particular contain the stylised inscription "Lumarki", drawings of praline halves filled with confectionery mass and the applicant's logo, which is the word and graphic trademark "LUMAR CONFECTIONERY SINCE 1992" registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
