Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest owijka na kulki waflowe, ze stylizowanymi rysunkami i napisami, przeznaczona w szczególnosci na opakowanie pojedynczych kulek waflowych. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie owijki oraz w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni owijki, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni owijki w odmianie pierwszej, a fig. 2 – ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni owijki w odmianie drugiej. Jest takze uwidoczniony na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji zbiorczej, przedstawiajacej powierzchnie owijki w widoku czolowym. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in the shape and color of the wrapper, as well as the colorful graphic design on the wrapper's surface, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached color illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the shape, colors, and graphic design of the wrapper's surface in the first variant, and Fig. 2 shows the shape, colors, and graphic design of the wrapper's surface in the second variant. It is also shown in the attached color collective illustration, showing the wrapper's surface from a frontal view. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the industrial design include the rectangular shape of the wrapper and the verbal and graphic elements and their colours, visible on the surface of the wrapper, which in particular include longitudinal rectangular stripes and stripes and a rectangular transverse stripe, a stylised inscription: "Lumarki", a stylised inscription: "Cioccolato" and the inscription: "WAFER BALLS IN CHOCOLATE" written in capital letters, as well as an imitation of the applicant's logo, with the inscription: "LUMAR" written in capital letters. In the first variant, the longitudinal rectangular stripes are gold, the longitudinal rectangular stripes are light beige, the rectangular transverse stripe is light brown, and the inscriptions: "Lumarki", "Cioccolato" and "WAFER BALLS IN CHOCOLATE" are brown.
