Kazdy ze wskazanych rysunków oraz odpowiadajaca mu fotografia prezentuje jedna z odmian wzoru. Dodatkowo Fig. 5 oraz odpowiednio Fot. 5 przedstawiaja wszystkie odmiany wzoru w ujeciu zbiorczym. Wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego - etykiety- zawieraja wspólne elementy slowne i graficzne skladajace sie na system wizualnej komunikacji z ich adresatem- potencjalnym nabywca towaru oznaczonego przedmiotowa etykieta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istotna cecha przedmiotowego wzoru jest charakterystyczny, powtarzajacy sie we wszystkich odmianach uklad oraz barwy elementów graficznych zawierajacych napisy skladajace sie na system komunikacji z potencjalnym nabywca srodka do oznaczania opakowan którego maja posluzyc niniejsze etykiety. Cecha istotna jest takze sposób w jaki, odwolujac sie do sensualnych skojarzen odbiorcy tresci etykiety, przedstawiono zapach srodka, znajdujacego sie w opakowaniu oznaczonym odpowiednia odmiana przedmiotowego wzoru. Creator of the industrial design: Józef Zietek Subject of the industrial design: Label for marking packaging with SIDOLUX agent DESCRIPTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The industrial design in its four variants is presented in the following drawings (Fig. 1 - Fig. 4) and the relevant photographs (Fig. 1-Photo 4). Each of the indicated drawings and the corresponding photograph presents one variant of the design. Additionally, Fig. 5 and, respectively, Photo 5 present all variants of the design collectively. All variants of the industrial design – labels – contain common verbal and graphic elements that make up a system of visual communication with their addressee – the potential buyer of the goods marked with the subject label. The common elements are: 1) the shape of the label – resembling two adjacent rectangles, of which the first – larger – is arranged horizontally on its longer side; to the side opposite this side, more precisely to half of its total length, the second - smaller rectangle is adjacent with its shorter side and is thus "set" on the larger one in such a way that the longer side of the smaller rectangle and the shorter side of the larger one connect to form the left edge of the figure that they create together; the second shorter side of the smaller rectangle, which at the same time closes the entire figure composed of both rectangles from the top, is not perfectly straight but slightly concave; the shorter side of the larger rectangle and the longer side of the smaller one, which closes the entire figure on the right side, are connected to each other by a delicate and convex arc, 2) a grey stripe running across the entire width of the label, parallel to its lower edge and at the same time right next to it, taking up approximately 1/6 of the entire height of the label; on this stripe there is a horizontal black inscription SIDOLUX®, placed centrally in relation to the edge of the stripe; The lower edge of the strip is marked by a narrow horizontal black line. d) In the fourth design variation, this time suggesting the scent of Marseille soap, the graphic composition depicts a summer blue sky, grass leaves, foaming soap, and wildflowers. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: A significant feature of the design in question is the distinctive arrangement and colors of the graphic elements, repeated across all variations, containing inscriptions that constitute a communication system with the potential buyer of the packaging labeling agent for which these labels are intended. Another significant feature is the way in which, by appealing to the sensory associations of the recipient of the label's content, the scent of the agent contained in the packaging marked with the appropriate variation of the design in question is presented.
