Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sciana frontowa opakowania slodyczy wykonana z folii z tworzywa sztucznego o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac sciany frontowej opakowania przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz ukladzie slowno - kolorystyczno-graficznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia sciane frontowa opakowania w widoku z przodu w wersji czarno-bialej, a fig. 2 - te sama sciane frontowa w wersji kolorystycznej w jej oryginalnych kolorach. Sciana frontowa opakowania slodyczy ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego konce obu dluzszych boków sa odchylone na zewnatrz, a krótsze przeciwlegle sobie boki sa nieco dluzsze od szerokosci prostokata, w wyniku czego konce te przypominaja ksztalt trapezów, które na swych powierzchniach maja fakture utworzona z poziomo usytuowanych obok siebie na przemian rowków i garbków. Oba konce tej sciany maja kolor ciemnozielony, który w górnej czesci ma rozjasnienia w kierunku srodka tej sciany, tak ze w centralnej jego czesci ma kolor zblizony do bialego. W srodkowej czesci do boku górnego ciemnozielonego trapezu przylega figura o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata w kolorze granatowym z wkleslym dolnym jej bokiem i soczewkowymi bialymi elementami, a na jej tle znajduje sie usytuowany lukowo napis „Wawel" wykonany stylizowanymi bialymi literami, natomiast ponizej na rozjasnionym tle znajduje sie napis „Truskawka" usytuowany poziomo i wykonany malymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze czerwonym. W srodkowej czesci do boku górnego ciemnozielonego trapezu przylega figura o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata w kolorze granatowym z wkleslym dolnym jej bokiem i soczewkowymi bialymi elementami, a na jej tle znajduje sie usytuowany lukowo napis „Wawel" wykonany stylizowanymi bialymi literami, natomiast ponizej na rozjasnionym tle znajduje sie napis „Truskawka" usytuowany poziomo i wykonany malymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze czerwonym. Pole sciany frontowej pomiedzy dolnym ciemnozielonym trapezem i napisem „Truskawka" wypelnione jest owocami truskawek i ich lisci w naturalnych ich kolorach rózowo-czerwonych i zielonych. The new and unique design of the front panel is evident in its shape, line layout, and word, color, and graphic arrangement. The industrial design is depicted in illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the front panel of the package from a front view in black and white, and Fig. 2 shows the same front panel in its original color version. The front wall of the confectionery packaging is shaped like a rectangle, with the ends of both longer sides slanting outward, and the shorter, opposing sides slightly longer than the width of the rectangle. As a result, these ends resemble trapezoids, whose surfaces have a texture composed of alternating horizontal grooves and ridges. Both ends of this wall are dark green, with a lighter green color at the top toward the center, so that in the central part it is close to white. In the central part, a figure roughly rectangular in shape, navy blue with a concave lower side and lenticular white elements, adjoins the side of the upper dark green trapezoid, and against its background there is an arched inscription "Wawel" written in stylized white letters, while below, on a lighter background, there is an inscription "Truskawka" written horizontally and written in small, block letters in red. The area of the front wall between the lower dark green trapezoid and the inscription "Strawberry" is filled with strawberry fruit and its leaves in their natural pink-red and green colours, as shown in the attached illustrations. Essential features of the industrial design The front wall of the confectionery packaging made of plastic foil in a shape similar to a flattened cuboid, as shown in the attached illustrations, is characterised by its shape being similar to a rectangle, the ends of both longer sides of which are bent outwards, and the shorter opposite sides are slightly longer than the width of the rectangle, as a result of which these ends resemble the shape of trapezoids, which have a texture on their surfaces made of horizontally arranged grooves and ridges, arranged side by side, alternating. Both ends of this wall are dark green, with highlights in the upper part toward the center of the wall, so that in its central part it is close to white. In the middle, a figure roughly rectangular in shape, navy blue, with a concave lower side and lenticular white elements, adjoins the side of the upper dark green trapezoid. On its background is an arched inscription "Wawel" in stylized white letters, while below, on a lighter background, is the inscription "Truskawka" (Strawberry), placed horizontally and written in small, block letters in red. The area of the front wall between the lower dark green trapezoid and the inscription "Truskawka" (Strawberry) is filled with strawberry fruits and their leaves in their natural colors of pink, red, and green.
