PLThe industrial design covers the collective packaging of a confectionery product. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color. The packaging, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a cardboard box. On the front right side of the box, there is a view of a honey-colored, circular wafer, topped at the bottom with a figure resembling a rectangle with a concave base and corners curved inward. The rectangle's surface is white, and its double edges are navy blue, with the outer edge being noticeably thick and the inner edge in the form of a thin line. The inscription "DUTCH WAFERS" is located on the rectangle's surface. This inscription is written in a large, printed navy blue font of the same shade as the edges of the rectangle. The word "WAFLE" is positioned above the word "DUTCH" (HOLENDERSKIE), with the word "WAFLE" written in a font approximately half the height of the rectangle. The "DUTCH" (HOLENDERSKIE) inscription is written in a slightly smaller font, and its upper and lower edges are slightly curved into an arc, with the convexity pointing upward. The lower edge is more curved than the upper edge and corresponds to the lower edge of the rectangle. This causes the outer letters of the "DUTCH" (HOLENDERSKIE) to be larger than the middle letters. A second, small, navy blue rectangle is placed on the upper edge of the rectangle. The small rectangle is narrow and covers almost the entire length of the upper edge of the large rectangle. At the lower edge of the large rectangle, in its central part, is a red element roughly parallelogram-shaped with wavy upper and lower edges, bearing the white inscription "QUALITY SINCE" in small font and the date 1864, also white, surrounded on the sides by small white arcs with a curve corresponding to the curve of the element's upper and lower edges. Above the rectangle with the inscription "ORIGINAL RECIPE," on a navy blue semicircle, is a white windmill with honey-colored ears of grain spreading out on its sides. At the top, the navy blue semicircle is surrounded by a thin, semicircular navy blue line of variable thickness, thinnest on the sides and thickest at the highest point. Above this line, the navy blue inscription "DUTCH TRADITION" appears, running along it. On the left side of the front wall of the industrial-style packaging, a beige rectangle with navy blue edges and rounded corners features two navy blue cups with spoons and wafers covering them. It also contains useful consumer information. Above this rectangle is the slogan "O Holender! Ale Pyszne!" (O Dutchman! Ale Pyszne!), written in navy blue. Its letters are slightly tilted to the right. The inscription "O Holender!" is positioned above the inscription "Ale Pyszne!" (O Dutchman! Ale Pyszne!) and, at the same time, slightly shifted to the right relative to the inscription "Ale Pyszne!" The side walls of the industrial-style packaging feature inscriptions useful to consumers, including the history of Dutch waffles. These are written in navy blue. The top wall of the industrial-style packaging, which serves as the lid, is folded halfway across. The graphic layout of the resulting lower part of the lid is almost identical to that of the front wall of the packaging, except that the wafer image is larger and extends to the upper part of the lid, which features the history of Dutch wafers in its upper and left sections. A cut is made where the wafer image extends to the upper part of the lid. This cut creates a vertical wall with a graphic layout identical to the front wall, with the wafer image protruding above its edge, upon opening the industrial design packaging. The side walls of the industrial design packaging feature product information and other information required by separate regulations. Inside the packaging are two perpendicular vertical compartments, each containing individual packages. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the closed packaging, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the open packaging.
