The subject of the industrial design is packaging and its cutout for a commercial product, particularly baking paper for food products. The novelty and individual character of the packaging and its cutout according to the industrial design is manifested in the design, shape, line layout, and colors. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show variations of the packaging cutouts, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show variations of the packaging. The packaging cutout in the first variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, has a shape similar to a rectangle divided horizontally by lines parallel to the longer edges into areas delimited by the edge lines and corresponding to the individual walls of the packaging, with the areas corresponding to the bases located at the respective edges of the side walls. Each of the side wall areas contains graphic elements and informational and advertising inscriptions, with the lower area containing graphic information identifying the packaging and the commercial product, and adjacent to it is contoured graphic information regarding the method and conditions of use of the baking paper for food products. Above, in the central area of the cut-out, the surface of each of the three side walls has common generic parts, one of which contains elements describing the product placed in a frame limited by longitudinal arc lines, and the other contains graphic elements and compositions, while at the edge of each field there is a graphic composition consisting of a contour drawing of a female bust against the background of an oval frame with inscriptions placed in frames and elements of the service in the form of a plate and a bowl with a lid, while in the frame in the shape of a folded ribbon there is the word element GOSIA, and in the frame in the shape close to a rectangle with a double lower edge curved in an arc - the inscription "COOKS dom pelen wygodź". Next to it is a graphically stylized inscription "PROFESSIONAL" "Baking paper" and additional information regarding the contents of the package. At the end of this inscription is an arrangement of rectangles, one of which contains a contoured snowflake and the other the front part of the oven, around which are placed various shaped cookies. These also fill the remaining part of the side walls of the cutout in the form of a composition of graphically presented and arranged products, which include various shaped cookies, croissants, muffins, and a triangular slice of pizza. Furthermore, each field contains information regarding the dimensions of the commercial product and the permissible temperature of use. The last outer area contains information regarding the company and numerical and letter symbols. The cut-out parts of both bases feature a graphic composition consisting of a contour drawing of a female bust against the background of an oval frame with inscriptions and service elements, including the inscriptions "GOSIA" and "COOKS, a house full of comforts". The cut-out of the packaging in the second version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, has a general shape similar to a rectangle divided horizontally by lines parallel to the longer edges into areas delimited by edge lines and corresponding to the individual walls of the packaging, with the areas corresponding to the bases being located at the corresponding edges of the side walls. In each of the areas of the side walls there are graphic elements and information and advertising inscriptions, while in the lower area on a red background there is graphic information identifying the packaging and the commercial product, and next to it there is contoured graphic information on the method and conditions of using the paper3 for baking food products. Above, in the central area of the cut-out, the surface of each of the three side walls has common generic parts, one of which contains elements describing the product placed in a frame against a background of dark brown and its shades, limited by longitudinal arc-shaped lines in white and brown, and the other contains graphic elements and compositions, while at the edge of each frame, against the outline of the perforation, there is a graphic composition consisting of a contour drawing of a female bust against a background of a light yellow oval frame with inscriptions placed in frames and elements of the service in the form of a plate and a bowl with a lid, while in a frame in the shape of a folded ribbon on a red background there is the word element GOSIA, and in a frame in the shape of a rectangle with an arc-shaped double lower edge on a brown background - the inscription " COOKS - a home full of comforts". Next to it, against a background of dark brown and its shades, there is a graphically stylized inscription "PROFESSIONAL" "Baking paper" and additional information about the contents of the package, and at the end of this inscription there is an arrangement of rectangles, one of which in white and blue colors contains a white snowflake and the other in white, red and blue colors represents the front part of the oven, around which there are cookies of various shapes, and they also fill the rest of the side walls of the cutout in the form of a composition of graphically presented products, which include cookies of various shapes, croissants, muffins and a triangular slice of pizza - in brown, red and yellow colors with an accent of green and white. Additionally, each field contains information regarding the dimensions of the commercial product and the permissible operating temperature. The final, outer white area contains information about the company and numeric and letter symbols. The cutout sections of both bases feature a graphic composition consisting of a contoured drawing of a female bust against a light yellow oval frame with inscriptions and service elements, including the inscriptions "GOSIA" and "COOKS, a house full of comforts."4 The packaging according to the first version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, is shaped like a rectangular box.
