Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim chleba. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac opakowa- nia, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym i kolorystyce. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane z folii w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopa- dloscianu posiada nadruki tworzace oryginalna kompozycje graficzna, zas w górnej czesci - otwór do wlozenia chleba. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w wersji rozlozonej na zalaczonej ilustracji Fig. 1. Elementy folii niezadrukowane, przezroczyste zaznaczono na ilustracjach kolorem szarym. Górna i dolna czesc opakowania w wersji rozlozonej, po zlozeniu opakowania stworzy jego gór- na czesc, przez która mozna w opakowaniu umieszczac chleb. Te czesc tworza granatowe prostokaty z nadrukami klosów zboza oraz fragment folii bez nadruków. Przód opakowania to kompozycja czer- wonego elementu z nadrukami klosów, stylizowanego owalu, w którym umieszczono logotypy/nazwy chleba, oraz granatowej podstawy. Zarówno owal jak i elementy graficzne oraz slowno-graficzne w nim umieszczone sa w kolorystyce bialo-granatowo-czerwonej. Dno opakowania (po jego zlozeniu) tworzy srodkowa czesc wzoru przedstawiona na Fig. 1, tj. granatowe tlo wraz ze stylizowanym elementem slowno-graficznym „tost francuski". Tyl opakowania zaprojektowano analogicznie, tj. element czerwony z klosami, granatowa „pod- stawa" oraz srodkowo umieszczony owal, z tym ze w owalu oprócz elementu slowno-graficznego „TOST francuski" umieszczono ramki (czworokaty) ma informacje dot. skladu produktu, producenta itd. Tyl i spód opakowania stanowi calosc kompozycyjna z przodem. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter po- stac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym i kolorystycznym umieszczonym na folii, w kompozycji graficzno-kolorystycznej owalu i tla, elementów slowno-graficznych, kompozycji owalu czesciowo przezroczystej eksponujacej takze znajdujacy sie w opakowaniu chleb.PL 20601 3 Ilustracja wzoru Fig. 1PL 20601 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is packaging intended to contain bread. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual form of packaging, manifested in the original graphic layout and colors. The packaging follows an industrial design, made of foil in a shape similar to a cuboid, with prints creating an original graphic composition, and in the upper part - a hole for inserting bread. The subject of the industrial design is shown in an unfolded version in the attached illustration Fig. 1. Unprinted, transparent foil elements are marked in gray in the illustrations. The upper and lower parts of the package in the unfolded version, after folding the package, will create its upper part through which bread can be placed in the package. This part consists of navy blue rectangles with prints of grain ears and a fragment of foil without prints. The front of the packaging is a composition of a red element with prints of cornflowers, a stylized oval containing the logos/names of the bread, and a navy blue base. Both the oval and the graphic and word-graphic elements within it are in white, navy blue and red. The bottom of the package (after assembly) is formed by the central part of the pattern shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a navy blue background with a stylized verbal and graphic element "French toast". The back of the package is designed analogously, i.e. a red element with spikes, a navy blue "base". " and a centrally placed oval, but the oval, in addition to the word-graphic element "French TOST", contains frames (four-corners) with information on the composition of the product, manufacturer, etc. The back and bottom of the packaging constitute a compositional whole with the front. The important features of an industrial design are a new and individual form of the product, manifested in the original graphic and color arrangement placed on the foil, in the graphic and color composition of the oval and background, verbal and graphic elements, and the partially transparent composition of the oval, also exposing the bread contained in the package.
