The subject of the industrial design is packaging and its cutout for a commercial product, particularly baking bags for food products. The novelty and individual character of the packaging and its cutout according to the industrial design is manifested in the design, shape, line layout, and colors. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show variations of packaging cutouts, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show packaging for a commercial product. The packaging cutout in the first variation of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, has a general shape similar to a rectangle divided vertically into areas delimited by edge lines and corresponding to the walls of the packaging. On the surface of each of the two walls, in the upper part between the longer edges, two double, slightly wavy parallel lines define a field within which, in addition to the product name, on one of the walls on the right, there is a frame in the shape of a parallelogram, divided into smaller sections by lines parallel to the edge. On the other wall, the frame forms the boundary of this field and fills the right part of the wall surface. The frames contain verbal descriptions for information and advertising, and in the highest position there is a stylized inscription "Apetito." Above each separated field there is a graphic composition consisting of a contour drawing of a female bust against the background of an oval frame with inscriptions placed in the frames and elements of a table service in the form of a contoured plate and a bowl with a lid, with the word GOSIA in the frame in the shape of a folded ribbon, and the inscription "COOKS - a house full of comforts" in the frame in the shape of a rectangle with a double arched lower edge. The remaining part of the walls of the cutout is filled with a composition of graphically presented products, which include parts of poultry, potato slices, a leaf garnish and a fork. The upper part of the blank has, along the length of the edge, an additional rounded area with an external rectangular protrusion located at the edge in the central part, and the area has an elongated opening in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners. The packaging blank in the second variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, has an overall shape similar to a rectangle divided vertically into areas delimited by edge lines and corresponding to the walls of the packaging. The remaining part of the walls of the cutout is filled with a composition in shades of yellow, brown and green, with graphically presented products, which include parts of poultry, potato slices, a leaf garnish and a fork. The upper part of the cutout has an additional rounded area along the edge, which contains an elongated opening in a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. It also has an external protrusion located at the edge in the center of the area. The packaging, according to the industrial design, shown in Figures 3 and 4, takes the form of a flat envelope bag with walls similar to a rectangle, with the walls colored in shades of red and brown with accents of white, green, and yellow.
