Z kolei pomiedzy tym granatowym wycinkiem pierscienia i dolnym obrzezem znajduja sie cukierki w zielonych owijkach, zaopatrzonych w napisy „Orzezwiajace mietowe" umieszczone na figurze w ksztalcie wycinka pierscienia z pofaldowanym jego wkleslym obrzezem i przylegajaca do niego niebieska linia, a obok tych cukierków znajduje sie wizerunek zielonych lisków miety równiez z unerwieniem jak opisano wyzej, przyslonietych owalnymi cukierkami w kolorze niebieskim, a nad nimi umieszczone sa elementy o nieregularnych ksztaltach przypominajace imitacje kostek lodu. The subject of the industrial design is the front panel of a sweets package known under the trade name "Orzezwiajace mitowe" (Refreshing Mint), made of paper, cardboard, or plastic foil. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, colors, and the verbal, color, and graphic arrangement of the verbal and graphic elements placed on this panel. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration material in a front view. The front wall of the sweets packaging has a shape close to a rectangle with a green background, the lower and upper edges of which have bold lines placed horizontally and alternately in green, giving the impression of imitating channels and ribs, while the upper edge has an additional opening in its central part with a profile close to a rectangle with rounded shorter sides, the upper longer side of which has an additional slight semicircular opening, and in addition, there are circles imitating water drops on this edge.2 Furthermore, in the central part of the upper edge and below it on a green background, there is a drawing of a figure close to a rectangle in navy blue, with a concave lower longer side, surrounded on both sides by arc-shaped white stripes, against the background of which there is the word "Wawel" made in stylized and arc-shaped with white letters with a blue tint, and on both sides drawings of green mint leaves with a distinct black-gray veining. In the central part of this wall, there is a transversely positioned figure, shaped similar to a section of a navy blue ring, with a wavy lower rim surrounded by a bold blue line, against which is placed an arc-shaped inscription "ORZEZWIAJACE" in large, bold white letters, and below it the inscription "MINT," with the letters of these inscriptions surrounded by a black border giving the impression of perspective. In turn, between this navy blue section of the ring and the lower rim there are sweets in green wrappers with the inscription "Refreshing mint" placed on a figure in the shape of a section of the ring with its wavy, concave rim and an adjacent blue line, and next to these sweets there is an image of green mint leaves, also with veins as described above, covered by oval blue sweets, and above them there are elements of irregular shapes resembling imitations of ice cubes. Between the sweets and the leaves, starting from the left side, there is a wavy ribbon element in green and white, which above the lower edge merges into a straight horizontal section of this element.3 Essential features of the industrial design The front wall of the sweets packaging, having a shape close to a rectangle with a profile recess on its upper edge, is characterized by the following: - the rectangular field of this wall has a green background, and its lower and upper edges have bold lines placed horizontally and alternately in green, giving the impression of imitation of channels and ribs; - in the central part of the upper rim and below it, on a green background, there is a drawing of a figure resembling a rectangle in navy blue, with a concave lower longer side, surrounded on both sides by arched white stripes, against the background of which there is the word "Wawel" in stylized and arched letters in white with a blue tint, and on both sides of it, drawings of mint leaves in green with a clear emphasis on their veins in black and grey. - in the central part of this wall there is a transversely placed figure in the shape similar to a section of a ring, in navy blue, with a wavy lower rim surrounded by a bold blue line, on the background of which there is an arc-shaped inscription "ORZEZWIAJACE" written in large, bold white letters, and below it the inscription "MINT", with the letters of these inscriptions surrounded by a black border giving the impression of their perspective; - between the navy blue section of the ring and the lower rim there are sweets in green wrappers with the inscription "Refreshing mint" placed on a figure in the shape of a section of the ring with its wavy, concave rim and an adjacent blue line, and next to these sweets there is an image of green mint leaves with their clear veining, covered by oval blue sweets, and above them there are elements of irregular shapes resembling imitation ice cubes; - between the sweets and the leaves there is a wavy ribbon element in green and white, running from the left side, which above the lower rim merges into a straight horizontal section of this element; PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
