Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bezpieczny pakiet zlozony z okladki oraz nalepek, w zaleznosci od odmiany od jednej do kilku, usytuowanych na brzegach okladki. Pakiet ma za zadanie ochrone usytuowanych wewnatrz okladki dokumentów. Istota przedmiotu wedlug wzoru przejawia sie elementów ksztalcie, usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów wzoru, oraz ich kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - fig. 10, przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany wzoru w widoku czolowym. Pakiet wedlug wzoru zlozony z okladki o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata oraz nalepek, znamienny tym, ze na dluzszym boku okladki naklejana jest nalepka, w ten sposób iz naklejona jest w polowie na czolowa a w drugiej polowie na tylna strone okladki, zabezpieczajac tym samym teczke przed otwarciem, przy czym linia zagiecia nalepki przypada wzdluz perforacji nalepki. Nalepka ma zarys zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach i ma kolor czarny, zas na calej powierzchni usytuowanych jest szereg bialych napisów : ,,EGZAMIN", usytuowanych pod katem w stosunku do krawedzi nalepki. Nalepka, posrodku, na calej dlugosci ma perforacje o zarysie przerywanej linii, co umozliwia latwiejsze jej przerwanie, a co za tym idzie latwiejsze rozpieczetowanie zabezpieczonej okladki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. The package is designed to protect the documents inside the cover. The essence of the design is reflected in the shape, positioning of individual design elements, and their colors. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1-10 show subsequent variants of the design in frontal views. The package according to the design consists of a cover with an outline similar to a rectangle and stickers, characterized in that a sticker is affixed to the longer side of the cover, half on the front and the other half on the back of the cover, thus securing the folder against opening, with the fold line of the sticker running along the perforation of the sticker. The sticker has an outline close to a rectangle with rounded corners and is black in color, and on the entire surface there is a row of white inscriptions: "EXAMIN", placed at an angle to the edge of the sticker. The sticker, in the middle, along its entire length, has a perforation in the shape of a broken line, which allows for easier tearing and, consequently, easier unsealing of the secured cover, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.
