KLAMKA TYP D2 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka typ D2 przeznaczona zwlaszcza do drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, strukturze materialu i kompozycji kolorystycznej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, w postaci zbiorczego zestawienia i w postaci 2 odmian na oddzielnych fotografiach. Kazda odmiana posiada rekojesc w ksztalcie litery L. Czesc chwytna ma przekrój zblizony do splaszczonego prostokata. W srodkowej czesci widocznej strony rekojesci wystepuje charakterystyczne naciecie materialu w ksztalcie prostokatów nachodzacych na siebie. Czesc rekojesci mocowana z podstawa (rozeta przypominajaca ksztalt kwadratu z lekko opadajacymi krawedziami w czesci srodkowej) wystepuje w przekroju przypominajacym prostokat. Calosc wykonana jest z materialu o barwie metalicznej. W odmianie wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na zalaczonej fotografii fig.1 rekojesc wystepuje w ksztalcie litery L. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are reflected in its shape, line layout, material structure, and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, as a collective selection and in two separate photographs. Each variant features an L-shaped handle. The gripping portion has a cross-section similar to a flattened rectangle. In the central part of the visible side of the handle, there is a characteristic incision in the material, shaped like overlapping rectangles. The part of the handle attached to the base (a rosette resembling a square with slightly sloping edges in the central section) has a cross-section resembling a rectangle. Photograph Fig. 1 illustrates a variant with a characteristic cut in the material in the shape of three overlapping rectangles. A variant with a characteristic cut in the material in the shape of three overlapping rectangles and three crystals placed on the handle in the form of a square with rounded tops is shown in photograph Fig. 2. The entire piece is made of a metallic-colored material. In the industrial design variant shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, the handle is L-shaped. The handle features three crystals in the form of a square with rounded tops.
