Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie slodyczy wykonane z kartonu w ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego barwie ukladzie kolorystyczno-graficznym i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym i rysunku, na których fig.l przedstawia opakowanie slodyczy w widoku perspektywicznym w kolorze czarno-bialym, fig. 2 - to samo opakowanie w naturalnych jego kolorach, fig. 3 - to samo opakowanie w widoku z góry w jego naturalnych kolorach, fig. 4 - to samo opakowanie w widoku z boku w jego naturalnych kolorach, a fig. 5- rozwiniecie tego samego opakowania. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1-4 opakowanie slodyczy ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu w kolorze srebrnym i jego odcieni, przy czym na prostokatnej scianie frontowej wzdluz jej górnego boku znajduje sie pasmo granatowe z jego odcieniem o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatnego z wkleslym dolnym jego bokiem i z przylegajacym do niego wkleslo- wypuklym elementem soczewkowym w kolorze bialo-szarym, przy czym w dolnej czesci tla granatowego znajduje sie równiez element o profilu soczewki wkleslo-wypuklej w kolorze bialo-szarym, a nad nim napis „Wawel" wykonany stylizowanymi literami w kolorze srebrnym i jego odcieni. W centralnej czesci sciany frontowej na bordowym tle stanowiacym odcinek pierscienia otoczonym zólta ramka znajduje sie napis „MICHALKI" wykonany duzymi czesciowo stylizowanymi literami w kolorze bialym i usytuowany lukowo, a pod nimi napis „zanikowe" wykonany malymi stylizowanymi literami w kolorze bordowym, zas ponizej rysunki trzech czekoladek prostopadlosciennych usytuowanych obok siebie, z których dwie posiadaja ich naturalny czekoladowy kolor, z pofalowanymi powierzchniami, a trzecia umieszczona jest w opakowaniu jednostkowym w kolorze srebrnym, przy czym na wiekszych scianach opakowania tej czekoladki znajduja sieelementy o ksztaltach, kolorach i z napisami wyzej opisanymi. Ponadto w przedniej czesci tych czekoladek znajduja sie owoce orzeszków arachidowych w ich naturalnym kolorze zóltym i jego odcieni. Z kolei, na bocznych prostokatnych scianach tego opakowania znajduje sie analogiczny jak na scianie frontowej element slowno-graficzny zlozony z figury stanowiacej fragment pierscienia z tlem bordowym otoczonym zólta ramka oraz napisów „ Michalki zamkowe". Rozwiniecie opakowania pokazane na fig. 5 posiada dwa identyczne prostokatne elementy stanowiace jego sciane frontowa i tylna, oddzielone liniami giecia od umieszczonego pomiedzy nimi waskiego elementu prostokatnego zaopatrzonego w boczne elementy oddzielone od niego liniami giecia, przy czym do przeciwleglego boku elementu bedacego sciana frontowa przylega waski element prostokatny oddzielony od niego linia giecia z krótkimi jej nacieciami na jej obu koncach. Z kolei, do pozostalych boków wspomnianej prostokatnej sciany tylnej przylega odpowiednio: analogiczny jak oddzielajacy od siebie te sciane od sciany frontowej waski element prostokatny z bocznymi elementami trapezowymi, które usytuowane sa naprzeciw siebie, zas do pozostalych dwóch boków tej sciany przylegaja po dwa waskie elementy prostokatne oddzielone od tej sciany i od siebie liniami giecia, których konce maja ukosne linie giecia tworzac elementy trójkatne z zaokraglonym górnym narozem od strony sciany frontowej oraz z wyjeciem trapezowym w górnych narozach przeciwleglych elementów trójkatnych. Ponadto pomiedzy elementami trapezowymi przylegajacymi do waskich elementów prostokatnych oraz skosnymi liniami giec podwójnych elementów prostokatnych w narozach sciany tylnej oraz tych elementów wykonane sa wyjecia prostokatne, których konce lacza sie z bokami trapezowymi i bokami elementów trójkatnych. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its color, color and graphic arrangement, and line layout. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the confectionery package in a perspective view in black and white, Fig. 2 shows the same package in its natural colors, Fig. 3 shows the same package in a top view in its natural colors, Fig. 4 shows the same package in a side view in its natural colors, and Fig. 5 shows an expansion of the same package. As shown in fig. 1-4, the sweets packaging has the shape of a flattened cuboid in silver and its shades, while on the rectangular front wall along its upper side there is a navy blue band with its shade in a shape close to a rectangle with its concave lower side and an adjacent concave-convex lens element in white and grey, while in the lower part of the navy blue background there is also an element with a concave-convex lens profile in white and grey, and above it the inscription "Wawel" written in stylized letters in silver and its shades. In the central part of the front wall, on a burgundy background forming a section of a ring surrounded by a yellow frame, there is the inscription "MICHALKI" written in large, partially stylized letters in white and arranged in an arc, and below them the inscription "zanikowe" written in small, stylized letters in burgundy, and below them are drawings of three cuboid chocolates placed next to each other, two of which have their natural chocolate color, with wavy surfaces, and the third is placed in a silver individual package, with elements of the shapes, colors, and inscriptions described above on the larger sides of the package. Furthermore, on the front of these chocolates there are peanuts in their natural yellow color and its shades. In turn, on the rectangular side walls of this packaging there is a word-graphic element similar to the one on the front wall, consisting of a figure constituting a fragment of a ring with a burgundy background surrounded by a yellow frame and the inscription "Michałki zamkowe". The packaging development shown in Fig. 5 has two identical rectangular elements constituting its front and back walls, separated by bending lines from a narrow rectangular element placed between them, provided with side elements separated from it by bending lines, while a narrow rectangular element separated from it by a bending line with short cuts at both ends is adjacent to the opposite side of the element constituting the front wall. In turn, the remaining sides of the aforementioned rectangular back wall are adjoined by: a narrow rectangular element, similar to the one separating this wall from the front wall, with trapezoidal side elements positioned opposite each other. The remaining two sides of this wall are adjoined by two narrow rectangular elements, separated from this wall and from each other by bending lines, the ends of which have diagonal bending lines, creating triangular elements with a rounded upper corner on the front wall side and a trapezoidal cutout in the upper corners of the opposing triangular elements. Furthermore, between the trapezoidal elements adjoining the narrow rectangular elements and the diagonal bend lines of the double rectangular elements in the corners of the back wall and these elements, rectangular cutouts are made, the ends of which connect to the trapezoidal sides and the sides of the triangular elements. Essential features of the industrial design The confectionery packaging shown in fig. 1-5, made of cardboard in the shape of a flattened cuboid, is characterized by the following: - its outer surface is silver in color and its shades, and on its rectangular front wall along its upper side there is a navy blue band with its shade in a shape similar to a rectangle with a concave lower side, - in the central part of the front wall, on a burgundy background constituting a section of a ring surrounded by a yellow frame, there is the inscription "MICHALKI" written in large, partially stylized letters in white and placed in an arc shape, and below them the inscription "zamkowe" written in small, stylized letters in burgundy, and below there are drawings of three cuboid chocolates placed next to each other, two of which have their natural chocolate color, with wavy surfaces, and the third one is placed in a silver-coloured individual package, with the larger walls of the package of this chocolate featuring elements of the shapes, colours and inscriptions described above, and peanuts in front of them, - on the rectangular side walls of this package there is a word-graphic element similar to the one on the front wall, consisting of a figure constituting a fragment of a ring with a burgundy background surrounded by a yellow frame and the inscriptions "Michałki Zamkowe", - the package extension has two identical rectangular elements constituting its front and back walls, separated by bending lines from a narrow rectangular element placed between them, provided with side elements separated from it by bending lines, while a narrow rectangular element separated from it by a bending line with short cuts at both ends is adjacent to the opposite side of the element constituting the front wall, and the remaining sides of the aforementioned rectangular back wall are adjoined by: a narrow rectangular element, similar to the one separating this wall from the front wall, with trapezoidal side elements, which are located opposite each other, while the remaining two sides of this wall are adjoined by two narrow rectangular elements, separated from this wall and from each other by bending lines, the ends of which have diagonal bending lines, creating triangular elements with a rounded upper corner on the side of the front wall and with a trapezoidal opening in the upper corners of the opposite triangular elements, whereas between the trapezoidal elements adjoining the narrow rectangular elements and the diagonal bending lines of the double rectangular elements in the corners of the back wall and these elements, rectangular openings are made, the ends of which are connected to the trapezoidal sides and the sides of the triangular elements, as shown in the drawing Fig. 5.
