Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy w stanie zlozonym w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - to samo opakowanie w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - to samo opakowanie w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 4 - rozwiniecie tego opakowania, fig. 5 - fotografie opakowania pokazanego na fig. 1, fig. 6 - fotografie opakowania pokazanego na fig. 2, a fig. 7 - fotografie opakowania pokazanego na fig. 3. Na trzech bokach trójkatnychusytuowanych wierzcholkiem w dól znajduje sie napis „Mieszanka krakowska" wykonany stylizowanymi literami z kolorze zlotym oraz rysunek obrazujacy postac zamku wawelskiego, a pod nim stylizowane napisy „Wawel Kraków" w kolorze zlotym, zas na lezacych naprzemiennie trzech bokach trójkatnych skierowanych wierzcholkiem do dolu znajduje sie napis „Jellies in chocolate" wykonany stylizowanymi zlotymi literami, pod którym znajduja sie rysunki dwóch opakowanych prostopadlosciennych cukierków w kolorowych opakowaniach z rysunkami owoców i napisami „Mieszanka krakowska". Na elementach ozdobnych tworzacych ksztalt kwiatu z platkami znajduja sie rysunki owoców cytrusowych w ich naturalnych kolorach. Rozwiniecie opakowania ozdobnego slodyczy pokazane na fig. 4 stanowi wydluzony poziomy element prostokatny podzielony ukosnymi liniami giecia na jedenascie równobocznych pól trójkatnych, usytuowanych naprzemian wierzcholkiem do góry i w dól, przy czym do boków skrajnych trójkatów przylegaja pola trójkatów prostokatnych. Ponadto, w górnej czesci mniejszego elementu prostokatnego znajduje sie male wyjecie usytuowane czesciowo w przekatnej linii giecia, o ksztalcie skierowanego w dól trójkata prostokatnego z niewielkim bocznym odsadzeniem do pionowej sciany wiekszego elementu prostokatnego. Do skrajnego mniejszego pola prostokatnego oraz polowy pola trójkatnego skierowanego wierzcholkiem ku dolowi przylegaja waskie pola trapezowe oddzielone pionowymi liniami giecia. The design's novelty and originality are evident in its shape, line layout, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a decorative package for sweets in a folded state in a top view, Fig. 2 - the same package in a side view, Fig. 3 - the same package in a view from the other side, Fig. 4 - an unfolding of this package, Fig. 5 - photographs of the package shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 6 - photographs of the package shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 7 - photographs of the package shown in Fig. 3. The decorative package for sweets in a folded state shown in Figs. 1-3 and illustrative material Figs. 5-7 has the shape of a solid with bases of identical regular hexagons shifted relative to each other so that the top of one hexagonal base is situated at the height of half the side of the other base. The side walls of the package consist of twelve equilateral triangles, alternately arranged with their apexes down or up. The triangular sides of the package, pointing down, are topped with decorative elements at the top base. When folded, the top view of the package resembles the petals of a flower composed of six identical acute-angled elements, their apexes touching along the main axis of the package, and topped with semicircular elements. The confection's decorative package is red and shades of yellow, with ribbon-shaped decorative elements arranged in a wavy pattern on the triangular side walls, and additional wavy bands of lighter red on the triangular sides, pointing up. On the three triangular sides, pointing downwards, there is the inscription "Mieszanka krakowska" written in stylized gold letters and a drawing of Wawel Castle, and below it the stylized inscription "Wawel Kraków" written in gold, while on the three alternating triangular sides, pointing downwards, there is the inscription "Jellies in chocolate" written in stylized gold letters, below which there are drawings of two wrapped cuboid candies in colorful wrappers with drawings of fruit and the inscription "Mieszanka krakowska". On the decorative elements forming the shape of a flower with petals, there are drawings of citrus fruits in their natural colors. The confectionery decorative packaging development shown in Figure 4 consists of an elongated horizontal rectangular element divided by diagonal bend lines into eleven equilateral triangular fields, alternately arranged with their apex up and down, with the fields of the rectangular triangles adjacent to the sides of the outermost triangles. The triangular fields with their apex down have an additional vertical bend line dividing them in half, while their upper base is connected by bend lines to six identical large and six identical small rectangular elements, arranged alternately and connected to each other by vertical bend lines. Each larger elongated rectangular element terminates in a semicircular element slightly protruding beyond one of its sides and connected by a horizontal bend line to the upper base of the packaging side, and by a vertical bend line to a rectangular element of shorter height. Each smaller rectangular element is connected by a bend line to the upper base of the packaging side and divided by a diagonal bend line. It also has a small triangular opening in the shape of a right-angled triangle, with its apex directed toward the upper base of the packaging side, with its hypotenuse lying on the diagonal bend line, and the longer leg on the bend line with the elongated rectangular element. Furthermore, the upper part of the smaller rectangular element has a small opening partially in the diagonal bend line, in the shape of a downward-pointing right-angled triangle, with a small lateral offset from the vertical wall of the larger rectangular element. Narrow trapezoidal panels separated by vertical bend lines adjoin the outermost smaller rectangular field and the half of the triangular field with its apex directed downward. In turn, the following fields are connected to the bases of the triangular fields with their vertices pointing upwards via bending lines: a rectangular field, a quadrangular field with a rounded top, a field in the shape similar to the letter "R", a trapezoidal field with two offsets located at the ends of its longer base, in the shape similar to a rectangular trapezoid with a rounded shorter base, a field in the shape similar to the letter "R", and a quadrangular field with a rounded top. After bending the large and small rectangular elements along the bending lines connecting them to the upper bases of the packaging sides and the diagonal bending lines of the small rectangular elements, and placing the semicircular ends of the large elements one under the other, an upper decorative element in the shape of a flower with petals is created. In turn, after folding the six elements connected to the bases of the triangular fields with their vertices pointing upwards, they form the bottom of the decorative confectionery packaging. Essential features of the industrial design Decorative confectionery packaging in the shape of a solid with regular hexagonal bases shown in figs. 1-7 is characterized by the following: - the regular hexagonal bases are offset relative to each other so that the vertex of one hexagonal base is situated at the height of half the side of the other base; - the side walls of the packaging consist of twelve equilateral triangles arranged alternately with their vertices down or up; - in a top view, the packaging has a decorative element in the shape of flower petals composed of six identical acute-angled elements touching at their vertices along the main axis of the packaging and topped with semicircular elements; - on a red background with shades of red, the side walls of the packaging feature ribbon-like decorative elements arranged in a wavy pattern in yellow and its shades; - on the decorative elements forming the shape of a flower with petals, there are drawings of citrus fruits in their natural colours; - on the triangular side walls, there are information inscriptions; - the packaging is unrolled as an elongated horizontal rectangular element divided by diagonal bending lines into eleven equilateral triangular fields, arranged alternately with the apex upwards and downwards, with the fields of rectangular triangles adjacent to the sides of the outermost triangles. The triangular panels, pointing downwards, have an additional vertical fold line dividing them in half. Six identical large and six identical small rectangular elements are connected to their upper base via fold lines. These fold lines are arranged alternately and are connected to each other by vertical fold lines. Each larger, elongated rectangular element terminates in a semicircular element that extends slightly beyond one of its sides and is connected to the upper base of the packaging side by a horizontal fold line and to a shorter rectangular element by a vertical fold line. Each smaller rectangular element is connected by a bend line to the upper base of the packaging side and divided by a diagonal bend line. It also has a small triangular opening in the shape of a right-angled triangle, with its apex directed toward the upper base of the packaging side, with its hypotenuse lying on the diagonal bend line, and the longer leg on the bend line with the elongated rectangular element. Furthermore, the upper part of the smaller rectangular element has a small opening partially in the diagonal bend line, in the shape of a downward-pointing right-angled triangle, with a small lateral offset from the vertical wall of the larger rectangular element.
