Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karton opakowania. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajacego sie w ukladzie kolorów linii i elementów graficznych skladajacych sie na karton opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. od 1 do fig.2, na któ- rej Fig. 1 przedstawia karton w postaci rozlozonej w rzucie z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia karton w postaci zlozonej. Karton opakowania ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o scianach naprzemiennie pokrytych dwoma róznymi kolorami. Na czolowej scianie jest wyciety otwór w ksztalcie zblizonym do sylwetki kobiety w dlugiej sukni, zwienczone grafika w postaci glowy kobiety z dlugi- mi, rozpuszczonymi swobodnie wlosami. Na przeciwleglej scianie od góry sa umieszczo- ne: wizerunek kola przecietego napisem „PERFAND"; ponizej fantazyjnie zapisane slowo „Femme" a pod nim graficzne przedstawienie ukladu dwóch kielichów kwiatowych. Na scianie bocznej sa ulozone prostopadle do osi pionowej napisy rozlozone w szesciu ko- lumnach. U podstawy i u szczytu scian bocznych sa umieszczone obwodowo szerokie pa- sy pojedynczego koloru z waskimi liniami konturowymi umieszczonymi u góry i u dolu kazdego pasa. Elementy sluzace zamknieciu opakowania od góry i od dolu sa w odmien- nych kolorach Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Karton opakowania ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o scianach naprzemiennie pokrytych dwoma róznymi kolorami. Na czolowej scianie jest wyciety otwór w ksztalcie zblizonym do sylwetki kobiety w dlugiej sukni, zwienczone grafika w postaci glowy kobiety z dlugi- mi, rozpuszczonymi swobodnie wlosami. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the arrangement of colors, lines, and graphic elements that make up the packaging carton. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 to Fig. 2, in which Fig. 1 shows the carton unfolded in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the carton folded. The packaging carton has a cuboid shape with walls alternately covered in two different colors. On the front wall, there is a cutout in the shape similar to the silhouette of a woman in a long dress, topped with a graphic in the form of a woman's head with long, flowing hair. On the opposite wall, from the top, there are: an image of a circle intersected by the inscription "PERFAND"; Below is the fancifully written word "Femme" and below it a graphic representation of an arrangement of two flower calyces. On the side wall, perpendicular to the vertical axis, there are inscriptions arranged in six columns. At the base and top of the side walls, there are wide, circumferential stripes of a single color with narrow contour lines placed at the top and bottom of each stripe.
