Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest znak pulsacyjny aktywny przeznaczony do znakowania miejsc niebezpiecznych na drogach zwlaszcza miejsc, w których zaczyna sie tzw. „wysepka" na drodze. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów oraz barwie.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii. Znak pulsacyjny aktywny w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na sciance czolowej znaku naniesione sa paski równolegle wzgledem siebie. The active pulsation sign in the shape of a cuboid, according to the ornamental design, is characterized by the fact that parallel stripes are applied on the front face of the sign. These stripes contain luminous elements arranged in parallel rows along these stripes. Furthermore, the sign, according to the ornamental design, is characterized by having rounded corners.
