Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do suplementu diety majace postac plaskiego prostopadlosciennego pudelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce i liniach górnej scianki opakowania oraz w ksztalcie, barwach i wzajemnym usytuowaniu elementów ozdobnych, znajdujacych sie na tej sciance. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach w pieciu odmianach, w których fig. 1-5 przedstawiaja opakowanie ekstraktów: herbaty Pu-erh, mieszanki herbaty zielonej i Pu-erh, herbaty zielonej, proszku z perel oraz wyciagu z grzybów Ganodenna Lucidum. Fig. 6 przedstawia opakowanie w rozwinieciu. Po zlozeniu scianek powstaje plaski prostopadloscian zamkniety na zakladke, w którym górna scianka ma elementy ozdobne. Opakowanie ma postac kartonowego pudelka w ksztalcie poziomo lezacego prostopadloscianu. Na górnej powierzchni pudelka sa rozmieszczone rysunkowe elementy ozdobne oraz napisy. Najbardziej charakterystycznym i istotnym elementem opakowania jest rysunek umieszczony w lewej czesci scianki przedstawiajacy zwinietego w ksztalcie litery „S" smoka z otwarta paszcza, z grzywa i wasami, majacego cialo pokryte zóltymi luskami, z zóltym grzebieniem na grzbiecie i bialym podbrzuszem, z ogonem zakonczonym zóltym pomponem a na lapach posiada grzywiaste owlosienie z zielonymi stopami i bialymi pazurami. W górnej czesci scianki znajduje sie ozdobny napisokreslajacy zawartosc opakowania. W dolnej czesci scianki znajduje sie znak firmowy „Panaceum International" oraz informacje okreslajace gramature i ilosc kapsulek znajdujacych sie w opakowaniu. Poszczególne odmiany opakowania na rózne rodzaje suplementów diet róznia sie od siebie kolorem tla oraz ozdobnymi napisami umieszczonymi w górnej czesci scianki, nad rysunkiem smoka. Opakowanie w kolorze czerwonym posiada napis „PU-ERH TEA" jest przeznaczone do ekstraktu herbaty Pu-erh. Opakowanie dwukolorowe, zielono-czerwone posiada napis „GREEN TEA with PU-ERH TEA" i jest przeznaczone do ekstraktu mieszanki herbaty zielonej i Pu-erh. Opakowanie w kolorze zielonym posiada napis „GREEN TEA" i jest przeznaczone do ekstraktu herbaty zielonej. Opakowanie w kolorze perlowym posiada napis „PEARL POWDER" i jest przeznaczone do ekstraktu proszku z perel. Opakowanie w kolorze brazowym posiada napis „GANODERMA LUCIDUM " jest przeznaczone do ekstraktu wyciagu z grzybów Ganoderma Lucidum. We wszystkich odmianach opakowania moga wystepowac wersje górnej scianki z wytloczonym i pozlacanym wizerunkiem smoka oraz z wytloczonymi i pozlacanymi literami okreslajacymi rodzaj zawartego w opakowaniu suplementu diety. The essence of the industrial design is the novelty of the design, manifested in the colors and lines of the top wall of the packaging, as well as the shape, colors, and relative arrangement of decorative elements on this wall. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs in five variations, in which Figs. 1-5 depict packaging for extracts: Pu-erh tea, a blend of green tea and Pu-erh tea, green tea, pearl powder, and Ganodenna Lucidum mushroom extract. Fig. 6 shows the packaging unfolded. After folding the walls, a flat, overlapping cuboid is created, with the top wall bearing decorative elements. The packaging is in the form of a cardboard box in the shape of a horizontally lying cuboid. The top of the box features decorative drawings and inscriptions. The most distinctive and important element of the packaging is the drawing on the left side of the wall, depicting a dragon curled into an S-shape with an open mouth, mane and mustache, a body covered with yellow scales, a yellow crest on its back and a white underbelly, a tail tipped with a yellow pompom, and mane-like paws with green feet and white claws. The top of the wall features a decorative inscription identifying the contents of the package. The bottom of the wall features the "Panaceum International" trademark and information specifying the weight and number of capsules contained in the package. The different packaging varieties for different types of dietary supplements differ from each other in terms of background color and decorative inscriptions placed at the top of the wall, above the dragon image. The red packaging has the inscription "PU-ERH TEA" and is intended for Pu-erh tea extract. The two-color packaging, green and red, has the inscription "GREEN TEA with PU-ERH TEA" and is intended for a green tea and Pu-erh tea blend extract. The green packaging has the inscription "GREEN TEA" and is intended for green tea extract. The pearl packaging has the inscription "PEARL POWDER" and is intended for pearl powder extract. The brown packaging has the inscription "GANODERMA LUCIDUM" and is intended for Ganoderma Lucidum mushroom extract. All packaging variants may feature a top wall with an embossed and gilded image of a dragon and embossed and gilded letters identifying the type of dietary supplement contained within. A version of the packaging may also be covered with a layer of decorative fabric, which can be printed with decorative elements and inscriptions. The flat cuboid packaging is closed at the bottom with a flap, or in another version with Velcro. Dietary supplement packaging is shown in the drawings and photographs. The first packaging variant, based on the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, is red and intended for Pu-erh tea extract, as indicated by the decorative inscription placed above the dragon image. In the second packaging variant, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, the packaging is two-colored: green and red, intended for a green tea and Pu-erh tea extract blend, as indicated by an ornate inscription above a dragon image. In the third packaging variant, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, the packaging is green and intended for a green tea extract, as indicated by an ornate inscription above a dragon image. In the fourth packaging variant, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, the packaging is pearl-colored and intended for a pearl powder extract, as indicated by an ornate inscription above a dragon image. In the fifth packaging variant, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 5, the packaging is brown and intended for a Ganoderma Lucidum mushroom extract, as indicated by an ornate inscription above a dragon image. The unfolded packaging for dietary supplements shown in Fig. 6 has a flap designed to close the formed flat box. The essential features of the industrial design are the drawing of a dragon curled in the shape of the letter "S", with an open mouth, mustache and mane, having a body covered with yellow scales, a yellow crest on its back, a white underbelly, a tail with a yellow pompom, and paws with mane-like hair, green feet and white claws. Above the drawing of the dragon there is a decorative inscription specifying the contents of the package, and at the bottom there is the Panaceum International trademark.
