The new form and original character of the industrial design are evident in its graphic, color, and wording arrangement located on the front walls of the packaging. As shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 27, all variants of the decorative packaging of a parapharmaceutical preparation have the shape of a cuboidal box, which in the lower part of all its vertical walls have an arrangement of decorative elements made of a peripheral rectangular band in brown, the lower edge of which is adjacent to the horizontal bottom wall of the package, and its upper edge to a narrow - linear band of different colors, to which is attached a peripheral band of a different contrasting color with lighter rectangular elements on its background, while on the lower brown band on half of two opposite walls adjacent to each other there are horizontal silver lines, and on the remaining halves of these brown bands there is a logo composed of a rectangular silver frame, a drawing imitating a tree with spreading branches placed in it its crown and the vertical line separating it from the "Olimp Labs" inscription are also in silver. Moreover, in all nine packaging variants, on three walls constituting its corners, including two corners located on the diagonal of its upper horizontal wall, there are graphic and color arrangements referring to the purpose of the product contained in a given packaging variant, while on the remaining surfaces of the two opposite front walls of these packages with the largest surfaces and backgrounds of different colors, there are inscriptions constituting the generic name of the product placed in the package and other inscriptions advertising this product, while on the remaining side walls and the bottom wall there are inscriptions informing about the recipe composition of the product, the method of its use, its storage conditions and the name and address of the manufacturer of this product, whereas: - in the first packaging variant shown in Fig. 1 and Figs. 10 and 11, on three walls constituting its upper corners, including two in the corners located on a common diagonal there are identical graphic and color arrangements, which are a burgundy ring element, inside which there is a drawing that is an imitation of a human liver in burgundy and pink and its shades, with the burgundy ring being surrounded on the outside by fragments of rings in aquamarine and its shades. In turn, the lower linear burgundy band is adjoined by a circumferential band in light green and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the cream background of the side walls there are also light green rectangular elements of various sizes, and in addition, on both largest opposite walls on their cream background there are information inscriptions, including the inscription: "Sylimaron 100" in bold burgundy font, above it the inscriptions "60 capsules for liver problems", and below it the inscription "sylibum marianum Extract" in pink. - in the second version of the packaging shown in Fig. 2 and Figs. 12 and 13, on three walls constituting its upper corners, including two situated on a common diagonal, there are identical graphic and colour arrangements, which are a black ring element, inside which, on a blue background, there is a drawing showing an imitation of a human knee joint covered with leather, the individual parts of which are marked with separate colours, i.e. pale blue, pink-red, yellow and black, with the black ring being surrounded from the outside by fragments of rings in blue and its shades. In turn, the lower linear black band is adjoined by a circumferential band in blue and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the white background of these side walls there are also blue rectangular elements of various sizes, while on both largest opposite walls on a white background there are information inscriptions, including the inscription: "Glucosamine flex" in bold black font, above it the inscriptions "60 capsules strengthening and protection of joints", and below it the inscription "glucosamine sulfate + vitamin C" in black and blue. - in the third version of the packaging shown in Fig. 3 and Figs. 14 and 15, on three walls constituting its upper corners, including two located on a common diagonal, there is one graphic, color and word arrangement, which is a silver-colored ring element, and inside it there is a drawing of a tree with a spreading silver crown, located on a background of fields close to triangular with vertices located in the geometric center of the ring extending to its outside, the shorter sides of which are located on concentrically located ring elements, where the said triangular elements have different colors such as: pink, red, purple, navy blue, blue, green, silver, yellow and orange. In turn, the lower linear silver band is adjoined by a band made of multi-colored rectangular elements arranged next to and above each other in the colors described above, constituting the background of a silver tree, while on the main front wall of the packaging on a white background there are information inscriptions, including the inscription: "Vita-min plus" in bold brown font, above it the inscriptions "30 capsules health and vitality every day", and below it the inscriptions "complex of vitamins and chelated minerals with lutein and ginkgo biloba" in the colors: brown, red, blue and green. Between the above-mentioned graphic and colour arrangements on a white background there is a light brown graphic element consisting of two concentric rings, between which the words "ALBION MINERALS" are placed in large printed font, while on the background of the inner ring there is an eight-pointed element with the letter "A" surrounded by two ears of grain. - in the fourth variant of the packaging shown in Fig. 4 and Figs. 16 and 17, on three walls constituting its upper corners, including two situated on a common diagonal, there is one graphic, colour and word arrangement, which is a burgundy ring element, inside which, on a pink background and its shades and a graph in the shape of broken lines with a white mesh background, there is a drawing imitating the shape of a human heart in burgundy, wherein the said burgundy ring is surrounded from the outside by fragments of rings in pink and its shades. In turn, the lower linear burgundy band is adjoined by a peripheral band in pink and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the white background of both opposite front walls there are information inscriptions, including the inscription "Q 10" in a much bold burgundy font, above it the inscriptions: "30 capsules keep youth, energy and a healthy heart", and below them the inscriptions "coenzyme Q10 + lecithin, Q10/30 mg" in burgundy. - in the fifth version of the packaging shown in Fig. 5 and Figs. 18 and 19, on the burgundy-red background and their shades, three walls forming the upper corners of the packaging, including two located on a common diagonal, are identical graphic and color arrangements resembling the image of the sun with a white, round central part with a wavy cream-yellow rim, from which numerous elongated yellow-orange peripheral elements protrude outward, giving the impression of sun rays. In turn, the lower linear burgundy band is adjoined by a peripheral white band with an irregular upper edge, to which the red background of the remaining surface of the side walls with mottled yellow elements adjoins, while on both surfaces of these walls, on their red and burgundy background, there are information inscriptions, including the inscription "Therm" in a much bold white font and the inscription "Line II" in white, and above them the inscriptions "60 capsules" and "supports weight loss and reduction of fat tissue", in small white font. - in the sixth variant of the packaging shown in Fig. 6 and Figs. 20 and 21, on the white background of three walls forming the upper corners of the packaging, including two located on a common diagonal, there are identical graphic and color arrangements, which are a ring element in dark brown with an internal orange and white background, surrounded on the outside by fragments of rings in orange and its shades, and on their background there is a figure representing a slim female silhouette standing with her legs apart and her arms spread laterally in orange with a black outline of this figure. In turn, the lower linear dark brown peripheral band is adjoined by a peripheral band in orange and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the white background of these walls there are also orange rectangular elements of various sizes, while on both front opposite walls there are information inscriptions, including the inscription "L-Carnitine" in a much bolder font in dark brown, and below it on the right side the inscription "plus" in brown. Above these inscriptions there are the inscriptions "80 lozenges" and "supports weight loss" in brown and orange, and below it the inscription "With Chrome, Arginine and Ornithine", while to the left of this inscription there is a square figure with a silver background and a brown border, inside which there is a brown outline of a much bolder letter "L" and the inscription "CARNIPURE" in brown. - in the seventh variant of the packaging shown in Fig. 7 and Figs. 22 and 23, on the white background of three walls forming the upper corners of the packaging, including two located on a common diagonal, there are identical graphic and color arrangements, which constitute a ring element in dark green, inside which there are drawings of plants imitating green tea in dark green and light green, the said dark green ring being surrounded on the outside by fragments of rings in light green and its shades. In turn, the lower dark green linear band is adjoined by a circumferential band in light green and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the white background of these side walls there are light green rectangular elements of various sizes, and in addition, on both of these walls on their white background there are information inscriptions, including the inscription: "Green Tea" in a much bold font in dark green, below it the inscriptions "extract" and "Green Tea Extract (55% EGCG)" in green, while above them there are the inscriptions "60 capsules" and "Natural antioxidant, supports weight loss" in green. - in the eighth variant of the packaging shown in Fig. 8 and Figs. 24 and 25, on a white background, three side walls forming the upper corners of the packaging, including two located on a common diagonal, are identical graphic and color arrangements, which consist of a dark brown ring, inside which there is a drawing showing a part of a man's body imitating his "prostate gland and adjacent organs" in yellow, red, pink and its shades, and brown, wherein the said dark brown ring is surrounded from the outside by fragments of rings in yellow and its shades. In turn, the lower linear dark brown band is adjoined by a circumferential band in yellow and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the white background of these side walls there are also yellow rectangular elements of various sizes, and in addition, on both of these opposite walls there are information inscriptions, including the inscription "Prostatan" in a much bold font in dark brown, above it the inscriptions "60 capsules" and "For prostate problems" in brown and yellow, and below it the inscription "Complex of active ingredients" in brown. - in the ninth version of the packaging shown in Fig. 9 and Figs. 26 and 27, on the white background of three walls forming the upper corners of the packaging, including two located on a common diagonal, there are identical graphic and color arrangements, containing a drawing imitating the shapes of "ginkgo leaves" in dark green and celadon, surrounded by a green ring with adjacent ring fragments also in green and its shades. In turn, the lower linear dark green band is adjoined by a circumferential band in green and its shades, with lighter rectangular elements on its background, and above them on the white background of these side walls there are also green rectangular elements of various sizes, and in addition, on both of these opposite walls there are information inscriptions, including the inscription: "Glinkoflav" in a much bold font in dark green, below it the inscriptions "forte" and "Ginkgo Biloba Extract" in green, and above it the inscriptions "60 capsules" and "better memory, concentration and circulation" in green. in all packaging variants, on three walls constituting its corners, including two corners located on the diagonal of its upper horizontal wall, there are graphic and color arrangements referring to the purpose of the product contained in a given packaging variant, while on the remaining surfaces of the two opposite front walls of these packages with the largest surfaces and backgrounds of different colors, there are inscriptions constituting the generic name of the product placed in the package and other inscriptions advertising this product, while on the remaining side walls and the bottom wall there are inscriptions informing about the recipe composition of the product, the method of its use, its storage conditions and the name and address of the manufacturer of this product, whereas: -
