Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu opakowania nadana jej przez uklad graficzny i slowno -graficzny, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter i przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i rysunków raz kolorystyki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the packaging given to it by a graphic and verbal-graphic arrangement, having an individual character and manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines and drawings and colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. The candy packaging according to the industrial design has a generally unfolded shape similar to a quadrangular cardboard box whose surface is blue, green, red, yellow, or coffee, where on the surface of each box you can distinguish a three-row, striped arrangement of words and graphics, where in the upper part of the box in the center there is the manufacturer's logo R 150869 in black, white, and gray, to the left of the logo the manufacturer's name "Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska" (District Dairy Cooperative), and to the right the manufacturer's address, also in black. Below, in the central part of the box, in the center, there is a strip with a graphic and verbal arrangement, which contains on the right side a cow's head with horns, a characteristic smiling muzzle, ears, and two bells in brown, pink, and white at the neck. - in black and yellow, then in the middle an elliptical inscription "OPATOWSKA KRÓWKA MLECZNA MARKOWA" or "OPATOWSKA KRÓWKA KAWOWA MARKOWA" written in variable font size in black and white or a shade of black and white, and on the right side there is the manufacturer's color logo R 150869 in red, black and white. Sometimes there is a shade of white around the logo. Additionally, the bottom band of the graphic and verbal layout of the carton contains the inscription "PRODUCENT OF POLAND", the standard number, and the product ingredients written in black. The cocoa-colored packaging has inscriptions in the top and bottom bands of the graphic and verbal layout in white. In the middle band of the graphic and verbal layout, the inscriptions "opatowska" and "kawowa" appear against a background of yellow, curved stripes. Individual varieties of candy packaging based on the industrial design differ in the texture of the carton color (blue or green or red or yellow or coffee) and the shade around the R 150869 logo placed in the central band of the carton or the background of the inscription as on the coffee-colored packaging. as shown in Figures Fig. 5. An important feature of the candy packaging according to the industrial design presented in Figures Fig. 5 is that: - it is a quadrangular box with a textured surface in yellow, blue, red, green or coffee, and - on each surface of the box there is a three-row, striped arrangement of words and graphics - in the upper part of the box in the middle there is the manufacturer's logo R 150869 in black, white and ash gray, on the left side of the logo there is the manufacturer's name "Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska" (District Dairy Cooperative), and on the right side there is the manufacturer's address, also in black - below in the central part of the box in the middle there is a strip with a graphic and word arrangement, which contains on the right side a cow's head with horns, a characteristic smiling muzzle, ears and two bells in brown and pink colors at the neck - white, black, and yellow, then in the center an elliptical inscription "OPATOWSKA KRÓWKA MLECZNA MARKOWA" written in variable-sized font in black and white or a shade of black and white, and on the right side there is the manufacturer's colorful logo R 150869 in red and black. Sometimes there is a lighter shade of white around the logo.
