Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim chleba. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym, a w przypadku odmian tez kolorystyce elementów graficznych. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniejacych w obrocie opakowan dla chleba, charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charakterem ukladu graficznego i kolorystycznego poszczególnych elementów. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane z folii w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu posiada rozmieszczone nadruki tworzace kompozycje graficzna, a w górnej czesci ma otwór do wlozenia chleba. W centralnym miejscu, stanowiacym przód opakowania umieszczono pionowo usytuowany prostokat/pasmo, o dwukolorowym tle, na którym umieszczono zarys owalu w odcieniach jasniejszej czesci tla, imitujacy obramowanie, srodek owalu jest przezroczysty i mozna wewnatrz niego umieszczac napisy. Po wlozeniu chleba bedzie on równiez widoczny w owalu. W dolnej, prawej czesci tego prostokata, na zarysie owalu umieszczony jest zarys kawalka chleba. Jasniejsze mniejsze prostokaty z miejscem na napisy umieszczono równiez w miejscach stanowiacych dno i tyl opakowania. Spód opakowania stanowi calosc kompozycyjna z przodem. Tyl opakowania posiada centralnie usytuowany kontur prostokata o barwnej podstawie, do zamieszczania informacji w szczególnosci o skladzie, producencie takze w postaci kodu kreskowego. Pod nim umieszczony jest dalszy ciag ciemniejszego pasma. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in an original graphic layout and, in the case of variants, also the color scheme of the graphic elements. Compared to a number of existing bread packaging options, the packaging based on the industrial design is characterized by the individual character of the graphic layout and color scheme of individual elements. The packaging based on the industrial design, made of foil in a shape similar to a cuboid, features arranged prints creating a graphic composition and has an opening in the upper part for inserting the bread. After inserting the bread, the packaging is closed with a clasp. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, which shows the graphic layout of the packaging in an unfolded version. In the center, the front of the package, is a vertical rectangle/band with a two-color background, on which is an oval outline in shades of the lighter background, simulating a border. The center of the oval is transparent and can be used for text. Once the bread is inserted, it will also be visible within the oval. In the lower right part of this rectangle, on the oval outline, is the outline of a slice of bread. Lighter, smaller rectangles with space for text are also placed on the bottom and back of the package. The bottom of the package forms a single composition with the front. The back of the package has a centrally located rectangular outline with a colored base, for information, particularly about the ingredients and the manufacturer, also in the form of a barcode. In the second version, the industrial-style packaging features a vertically positioned rectangle/band in the center—the front of the packaging—with a two-color background: navy blue and brown. On this band is the outline of an oval in shades of brown, imitating a frame. The center of the oval is transparent and allows for text to be placed within it. In the lower right part of this rectangle, on the oval outline, is the outline of a slice of bread. Smaller brown rectangles with space for text are also placed at the bottom and back of the packaging. The bottom and back of the packaging form a single composition with the front. The back of the packaging features a centrally located brown rectangular outline with a brown base, for information, particularly about the ingredients and manufacturer, also in the form of a barcode.
