Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba przednia automatu do gier losowych, znajdujacego zastosowanie jako wyposazenie salonów gier, pubów, kawiarn i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i kolorystyke. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na fotografii fig.1, przedstawiajacej szybe przednia automatu w widoku od czola. Szyba przednia automatu do gier losowych wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokatny, tlo szyby jest w kolorach czarno - niebiesko - fioletowym, przy czym kolory te przechodza lagodnie jeden w drugi. Szyba w górnym lewym rogu jest niebieska, nastepnie ku dolowi przechodzi w kolor fioletowy i na samym dole w czarny. Kolory niebieski i fioletowy tworza na szybie ksztalt przypominajacy fale. Z lewej strony szyby jest usytuowany otwór o ksztalcie prostokata w ustawieniu pionowym, w którym jest umieszczony akceptor banknotów. W centralnej czesci szyby na czarnym tle umieszczony jest stylizowany napis w zóltym kolorze, powyzej którego na tle utworzonym przez przenikajace sie kolory niebieski i fioletowy, tworzace fale, uwidocznione sa karty do gry ulozone tak, ze tworza ksztalt przypominajacy wachlarz. Obok, po prawej stronie, równiez w centralnej czesci szyby uwidoczniona jest twarz kobieca, po obu stronach otoczona ornamentem, przypominajacym wysoki kolnierz, w kolorze niebiesko - fioletowym. Z prawej strony szyby, na czarnym tle umieszczony jest stylizowany napis w kolorze zóltym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w oryginalnym ukladzie linii zdobiacego szybe rysunku, przedstawiajacego kompozycje zlozona z talii kart, kobiecej twarzy obramowanej charakterystycznym ornamentem inapisów, a takze w oryginalnej niebiesko - fioletowo - czarnej kolorystyce tla z zóltymi napisami oraz zóltorózowym kolorem twarzy otoczonej niebiesko - fioletowym ornamentem, uwidocznionej na rysunku, przy czym calosc wzoru ma ksztalt poziomo usytuowanego prostokata, co uwidoczniono na fotografii fig. 1.Fig. 1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is the front glass of a slot machine, used as equipment for amusement arcades, pubs, cafés, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and colors. The subject of the design is shown in photograph Fig. 1, which depicts the front glass of the slot machine from the front. According to the design, the front glass of the slot machine is rectangular, with the background colors black, blue, and purple, with these colors blending smoothly into each other. The glass is blue in the upper left corner, then transitions to purple towards the bottom, and then to black at the very bottom. The blue and purple colors create a wave-like shape on the glass. On the left side of the glass is a vertical rectangular opening, containing a banknote acceptor. In the central part of the glass, against a black background, is a stylized yellow inscription. Above this, against a background of intersecting blue and purple colors, forming waves, are playing cards arranged in a fan-like shape. Next to this, on the right side, also in the central part of the glass, is a woman's face, flanked on both sides by a blue and purple ornament resembling a high collar. On the right side of the glass, against a black background, is a stylized yellow inscription. The essential features of the industrial design are reflected in the original arrangement of lines in the drawing decorating the glass, which depicts a composition consisting of a deck of cards, a woman's face framed by a characteristic ornament and inscriptions, as well as in the original blue, purple and black background colors with yellow inscriptions and the yellow and pink color of the face surrounded by a blue and purple ornament, shown in the drawing, while the entire design has the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle, as shown in the photograph Fig. 1.
