Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel przedni automatu do gier losowych, znajdujacego zastosowanie jako wyposazenie kasyn gry, salonów gier, swietlic, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac panelu przedniego automatu do gier losowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i elementach zdobienia podswietlanych tablic.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l- przedstawiajacym automat w widoku od czola, oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej panel tablicy czolowej automatu do gier losowych. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze panel przedni automatu do gier losowych, stanowia podswietlane, polaczone ze soba tablice. Panel ma blyszczaca podstawe i jest otoczony od czola, na obrzezu blyszczaca ramka. Górna scianka panelu jest wyprofilowana lukowo. Tlo górnej czesci jest w kolorze czarno-czerwono-zóltym, stylizujacym intensywne plomienie ognia. Posrodku górnej czesci znajduje sie prostokatna tablica, przedstawiona tak jakby na obrzezach plonela. Tablica ta z lewej strony ma forme prostokat a z prawej jej boki sa sciete ukosnie i zbiezne w kierunku srodka. Na linii polaczenia ukosnych krawedzi jest utworzony prostokat. Jest on w kolorze czerwonym. Powierzchnia figury utworzonej przez ukosne boki tablicy jak równiez obrzeza tablicy sa w kolorze zóltym z czerwonymi smugami. Wewnatrz tablicy znajduja sie wzdluzne pasy w jaskrawych kolorach. Na tych pasach sa rozmieszczone jedna nad druga liczby jedno i wielocyfrowe. Pas z lewej strony tablicy jest ozdobiony róznokolorowymi rysunkami, przedstawiajacymi stylizowane cyfry, owoce i inne przedmioty. Ponizej tej tablicy jest rozmieszczona prostokatna tablica z ozdobna ramka a pod nia stylizowany, niebieski napis. Powyzej tablicy znajduje sie rysunek, przedstawiajacy stylizowanego ptaka z rozpostartymi skrzydlami, tak jakby plonal a na nim napis. Ponizej jest usytuowana blyszczaca tablica a pod nia kolejna tablica panelu. Tlo tablicy ponizej stanowia intensywne plomienie ognia. U góry, z prawej strony sa dwa prostokaty, jeden obok drugiego z blyszczacymi ramkami i obok trzykolorowy prostokat z blyszczaca ramka. Ponizej tego prostokata sa rozmieszczone dwa, kwadratowe przyciski. Z lewej strony, ponizej prostokatnych tablic, znajduja sie trzy, jedna obok drugiej, polaczoneze soba tablice z ozdobnymi ramkami i z widocznymi wewnatrz rysunkami stylizowanych cyfr i owoców. Ponizej jedna obok drugiej prostokatne tablice a pod nimi róznokolorowe przyciski. U dolu panelu, na blyszczacym tle znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy stylizowanego orla z rozpostartymi skrzydlami. Ptak wyglada tak, jakby plonal. Na rysunek orla zachodzi stylizowany napis. The industrial design is the front panel of a slot machine, used as equipment in casinos, amusement arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and colors, suitable for repeated playback. The new form of the slot machine's front panel, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and the decorative elements of the illuminated panels. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the machine from the front, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the front panel of the slot machine. Among the significant features of the industrial design is the fact that the front panel of the slot machine consists of illuminated, interconnected panels. The panel has a glossy base and is surrounded by a glossy frame on the front. The top of the panel is arched. The background of the upper part is black, red, and yellow, stylizing the intense flames of a fire. In the center of the upper part is a rectangular panel, depicted as if it were burning on its edges. The left side of this panel is rectangular, while the right sides are cut diagonally and converge towards the center. A rectangle forms a line where the diagonal edges meet. This rectangle is colored red. The surface of the figure formed by the diagonal sides of the panel, as well as the edges of the panel, is colored yellow with red streaks. Inside the board are longitudinal stripes in bright colors. These stripes are arranged one above the other, with single- and multi-digit numbers arranged one above the other. The strip on the left side of the board is decorated with colorful drawings depicting stylized numbers, fruits, and other objects. Below this board is a rectangular board with a decorative frame, and below it is stylized blue inscription. Above the board is a drawing of a stylized bird with spread wings, as if on fire, and on it is inscription. Below is a shiny board, and below that is another panel board. The background of the board below is intense flames of fire. At the top right are two rectangles, one next to the other with shiny frames, and next to it is a three-color rectangle with a shiny frame. Below this rectangle are two square buttons. On the left side, below the rectangular panels, are three adjacent panels with decorative frames and stylized numerals and fruits visible within. Below them are rectangular panels, each with colorful buttons underneath. At the bottom of the panel, against a shiny background, is a drawing of a stylized eagle with spread wings.
