Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Litere „O" napisu stanowi rysunek przedstawiajacy stylizowane kolo sterownicze w kolorze brazowym. Ponizej jest usytuowane pole zblizone w ksztalcie do prostokatna z owalnymi wybrzuszeniami posrodku, u góry i u dolu. Z lewej strony tej figury, na czerwonym tle sa rozmieszczone napisy i cyfry, jedna pod druga. Posrodku sa cyfry a obok rysunki owoców, usytuowane na tej samej linii. Z prawej strony, w jednej linii co owoce, w poblizu krawedzi znajduja sie cyfry, sprawiajace wrazenie podswietlanych. Ponizej sa rozmieszczone trzy tablice, biale wewnatrz. Ich ramki sa z jednej strony szersze a z drugiej wezsze. Maja one kolor u góry zólty, przechodzacy w dolnej czesci w kolor czerwony.Pod tymi tablicami jest umieszczona posrodku prostokatna figura w kolorze czerwonym, otoczona ramka w kolorze rózowo-fioletowym, cieniowana i zdobiona krzyzykami. Z lewej strony jest kolo zakreslone biala, obwodowa linia z napisem i cyframi wewnatrz. Na krawedzi ramki znajduje sie zólty, stylizowany napis. Dolna czesc tablicy ma tlo podobnie jak górna czesc cieniowane od barwy ciemno-niebieskiej do jasno-niebieskiej z bialymi sfalowanymi liniami odchodzacymi od kola w kolorze niebiesko-zóltym z poprzeczkami wzdluz osi poziomej i pionowej oraz niebieskimi napisami rozmieszczonymi na obwodzie. Pod kolem jest czerwony prostokat na pomaranczowym tle. U dolu zachodzi niebieski napis, którego litery zachodza jedna na druga. Ponizej jest umieszczony prostokat podzielony na mniejsze pola w kolorach czerwonym, niebieskim, fioletowym, czerwono-zóltym i zielonym. W kazdym z tych pól znajduja sie cyfry. Po prawej stronie sa usytuowane jedno nad drugim owalne pola z cyframi i rysunkiem róznych przedmiotów oraz owoców. Pod róznokolorowym, prostokatem z wypustka u dolu, na której sa kola i krzyzyki, wewnatrz owalów sa umieszczone biale prostokatne pola, polaczone liniami w kolorze zóltym i czerwonym. The industrial design is a slot machine for use as equipment in casinos, gaming arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated playback. The new form of the slot machine, according to the solution, is manifested in its shape and decorative elements, particularly the illuminated front panels. The design object is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the machine in a perspective half-profile view, Fig. 2 in a front view, Fig. 3 illustrates the ornamentation of the illuminated front panels - variant 1, Fig. 4 - variant 2, and Fig. 5 - variant 3. The design object is also illustrated in the attached photographs, where Fig. 6 shows the machine in a perspective half-profile view, Fig. 7 in a front view, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10 show individual variants of the machine's front panel ornamentation. The slot machine, according to the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, the rear wall and side walls of which have the form of smooth, vertical surfaces. Significant features of the industrial design include the front of the machine consisting of two illuminated panels connected at an obtuse angle. The upper panel is slightly inclined to the ground and connected to the panel below it, with the lower panel tilted in the opposite direction. Circular buttons are located near the lower edge of the lower panel. Below the illuminated panels, the front surface of the machine is arc-shaped. Part of the width of the front wall has a forward-facing bulge with an interior recess, forming a basin. The ornamentation of the illuminated front panels is also a significant feature of the industrial design. The illuminated display panel of the slot machine, version 1, has a background reminiscent of a starry sky with visible streaks stylizing clouds, a speeding airplane, and fragments of planets in the upper left and lower right corners. In the center, at the top, is a red rectangle outlined with a gold border. On the right are two blue squares with gray borders, and in the corner, an elongated slot, surrounded by a red panel and a silver peripheral line. Below is a red and gold rectangle. On the left side of the rectangle, rows of red and blue numbers, one above the other, are arranged one above the other, along with clusters of stylized grapes. On the right side, the rectangle is elongated at the top and features red numbers with gold highlights. Next to it is a red, shaded spot, stylizing the streak, and on it is red lettering with gold shading. Below is a purple and pink inscription. Below is a rectangle. To the right of the rectangle, on a red background, are numbers with blue borders and highlighted in red. On the right side, the rectangle is outlined with a red and gold line with an inscription at the top, a red triangle below, and a red rectangle at the bottom, outlined with a gold, shaded border. Below is a blue rectangle with a gold, shaded border and inscriptions on both sides arranged on the border. The lower part of the board, according to variant 1, has a rectangular outline with a background resembling a starry sky in navy blue, purple, and red. At the top are rectangles with drawings of various objects, fruits, inscriptions, and numbers. Overlapping these motifs are red numbers, highlighted in gold. Their borders are outlined with a blue line. Below are three rectangles, white inside with red and gold borders. Next to them is a word-letter-graphic motif in red, yellow, white, and green. At the bottom are rectangles in gold and red. Inside these rectangles, at the top are images of fruit, and below them are numbers. The last rectangle in the row has a design of silver rectangles with a green crossbar and an inscription at the top. The slot machine board, variation 2, has a background color that changes from light blue on the right to dark blue on the left. The background is crossed by wavy white lines radiating from a circle located at the bottom right of the board. The circle with crossbars spaced at 90° intervals is red with gold borders. Green and yellow numbers are arranged around the circumference of the circle. In the center is a stylized inscription. Above the circle is a smaller circle with crossbars and a green-and-yellow inscription inside. At the bottom is a red rectangle with a gold border and an inscription in yellow-and-green below it. In the upper right corner is a vertical opening surrounded by a red background outlined with a silver border. On the left side of this plaque are two blue squares with silver borders. On the top left is a stylized inscription in yellow-and-red. Each letter of this inscription has a blue, yellow, and white border. The letter "O" of the inscription is a drawing of a stylized brown steering wheel. Below is a roughly rectangular field with oval bulges in the center, top, and bottom. To the left of this figure, inscriptions and numbers are arranged one below the other on a red background. In the center are numbers and next to them, drawings of fruit, arranged on the same line. On the right, in line with the fruit, near the edge, are numbers that appear to be illuminated. Below are three panels, white inside. Their frames are wider on one side and narrower on the other. They are yellow at the top, fading to red at the bottom. Below these panels, a rectangular red figure is placed in the center, surrounded by a pink-purple frame, shaded and decorated with crosses. On the left is a circle outlined by a white, circumferential line with an inscription and numbers inside. On the edge of the frame is a yellow, stylized inscription. The lower part of the board has a background, similar to the upper part, shaded from dark blue to light blue, with white wavy lines extending from a blue-yellow circle with crossbars along the horizontal and vertical axes and blue inscriptions placed around the circumference. Below the circle is a red rectangle on an orange background. At the bottom is a blue inscription, the letters of which overlap. On the left side of the lower board is a geometric figure, red at the bottom, fading to yellow toward the top. To the right of this figure, inscriptions and drawings of objects and fruits are arranged in horizontal rows. On the right side are yellow numbers, orange at the top. These are placed on a burgundy background. In the center are interconnected rectangular boards with frames of varying thicknesses, red at the bottom and yellow at the top. Below is a wavy, multicolored stripe with drawings of fruits, various objects, and numbers. At the bottom center is an oval bulge. The decoration of the illuminated front panels, version 3, creates a background in the form of a stylized purple wall. At the top of the panel is a red inscription, with yellow highlights, arranged along an arc. On the right side is a black panel with a coin slot. Below the inscription is a red rectangle within an oval outlined with a yellow and red line, with the upper line interrupted and containing the inscription. Below is a rectangle divided into smaller fields in red, blue, purple, red-yellow, and green. Each field contains numbers. On the right side are oval fields with numbers and drawings of various objects and fruits, arranged one above the other. Beneath a multicolored rectangle with a projection at the bottom, which features circles and crosses, white rectangular fields are placed inside the ovals, connected by yellow and red lines. Below this is a blue rectangular field outlined by a line forming an oval. The lower panel has a background in the form of a stylized purple wall, with oval frames, each frame containing objects and numbers next to them. Similar fields are arranged at the bottom of the panel, containing objects, fruits, and numbers. Between the frames are vertically arranged ovals outlined by a yellow and red line with white rectangular surfaces inside.
