Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest automat do gier losowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie kasyn gry, salonów gier, swietlic, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac automatu do gier losowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia, szczególnie podswietlanych tablicach czolowych..Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym ftg.1- przedstawia automat w widoku perspektywicznym z pólprofilu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - ilustruje zdobienie podswietlanej tablicy czolowej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.4 - prezentuje automat w widoku perspektywicznym z pólprofilu, fig.5 - w widoku z przodu, zas fig.6- zdobienie podswietlanej tablicy automatu. Automat do gier losowych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowany w formie przestrzennej bryly, której scianka tylna oraz scianki boczne maja forme gladkich, pionowych powierzchni. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc czolowa automatu stanowia dwie podswietlane, polaczone ze soba pod katem rozwartym tablice. Górna tablica jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza. Ponizej podswietlanych tablic powierzchnie czolowa automatu tworzy lukowo wyprofilowana scianka, przechodzaca we wneke, w której z prawej strony jest wybrzuszenie. Wewnatrz tego wybrzuszenia jest utworzona niecka. W poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi dolnej czesci tablicy znajduja sie róznokolorowe przyciski. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc takze zdobienie podswietlanych tablic automatu, które tworza pionowe pasy rozmieszczone jeden obok drugiego w kolorze zóltym i czarnym. Pasy te stanowia tlo dla pozostalych elementów zdobiacych plyte. U góry, w lewym górnym narozu jest rozmieszczony wzdluz luku stylizowany napis. Litery tego napisu sa cieniowane. U góry maja barwe ciemno-pomaranczowa przechodzaca w jasniejszy kolor pomaranczowy a nastepnie w kolor zólty. Kazda z liter tego napisu jest przedstawiona przestrzennie a perspektywa jest zaznaczona czarnymi polami. U góry, po obu stronach, zza skrajnych liter wygladaja glówki usmiechnietych skrzatów - blaznów. U dolu na stylizowany napis zachodzirozmieszczony ukosnie napis w kolorze czerwonym. Po bokach tego napisu sa rozmieszczone glówki takie same jak wysuwajace sie zza liter górnego napisu. Obok napisu z prawej strony sa dwa prostokaty, jeden nad drugim. A w prawym narozu przycisk z polyskujaca obwódka. Ponizej, z lewej strony na zóltym pasie jest usytuowany owal a w nim postac usmiechnietego skrzata - blazna. Ponizej owalu w trzech rzedach znajduja sie napisy. Obok owalu, na kazdym z pasów sa czarne tablice z kolorowymi obwódkami a w nich owale z napisami wewnatrz. Z prawej strony, z tych tablic sa wysuniete okragle tabliczki, polaczone z prostokatnymi polami na zóltych pasach. Ponizej sa takie same tablice lecz przesuniete w lewa strone. Zajmuja one trzy pierwsze pasy od lewej strony. Okragle tabliczki polaczone z nimi znajduja sie z lewej strony. Ponizej, posrodku jest usytuowana prostokatna tablica ze ozdobna obwódka i fantazyjny napisem zachodzacym na jej górna krawedz. Po bokach sa mniejsze, prostokatne tablice z ozdobnymi obwódkami i napisami powyzej. Po prawej stronie pionowych pasów jest usytuowane prostokatne pole, na którym w poziomych rzedach znajduja sie rysunki róznych przedmiotów, owoców i cyfry. Dolna plyta automatu do gier ma równiez czarne tlo i zólte pasy, przechodzace ponizej w biale tablice z kolorowymi obwódkami. Nad tymi tablicami z lewej strony jest prostokat podzielony na dwie czesci. W górnej czesci prostokata znajduje sie napis. Obok jest usytuowane prostokatne pole z obwódka i napisami zachodzacymi na jego górna krawedz. Biale tablice sa polaczone pomiedzy soba czerwonymi liniami a po bokach skrajnych tablic sa umieszczone wzdluz linii pionowej okragle tabliczki. Z prawej strony jest prostokatne pole a w nim w poziomych rzedach rysunki róznych przedmiotów, owoców oraz cyfry. Obok, z prawej strony znajduja sie cyfry.Pod bialymi tablicami sa rozmieszczone pola a w nich rysunki z lewej strony oraz obok napisy i cyfry. JPM International Ltd. The subject of the industrial design is a slot machine for games of chance, used as equipment in casinos, amusement arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated play. The new form of the slot machine, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements, particularly the illuminated front panels. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which ftg.1 shows the machine in a perspective view from a half-profile, fig.2 - in a front view, and fig.3 - illustrates the decoration of the illuminated front panel. The design subject is also illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 4 shows the machine in a perspective half-profile view, Fig. 5 in a front view, and Fig. 6 shows the ornamentation of the machine's illuminated panel. The slot machine, based on the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, whose rear and side walls have smooth, vertical surfaces. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the front of the machine consists of two illuminated panels connected at an obtuse angle. The upper panel is slightly diagonally inclined to the ground. Below the illuminated panels, the front surface of the machine is formed by an arc-shaped wall, which transitions into a recess with a bulge on the right side. This bulge forms a basin within the recess. Multicolored buttons are located near the outer edge of the lower part of the panel. Other significant features of the industrial design include the ornamentation of the machine's illuminated panels, which are formed by vertical stripes arranged side by side in yellow and black. These stripes provide a backdrop for the remaining elements decorating the panel. At the top, in the upper left corner, a stylized inscription runs along an arc. The letters of this inscription are shaded. At the top, they are dark orange, fading to a lighter orange and then to yellow. Each letter of this inscription is presented three-dimensionally, and the perspective is indicated by black fields. At the top, on both sides, the heads of smiling dwarves or jesters peek out from behind the outermost letters. At the bottom, the stylized inscription is overlapped by a diagonally arranged red inscription. On the sides of this inscription are placed heads identical to those protruding from behind the letters of the upper inscription. Next to the inscription on the right are two rectangles, one above the other. And in the right corner is a button with a shimmering border. Below, on the left, on the yellow stripe, is an oval with the figure of a smiling dwarf – a jester. Below the oval, in three rows, are inscriptions. Next to the oval, on each stripe, are black panels with colored borders, and within them are ovals with inscriptions inside. On the right, protruding from these panels are circular panels, connected to rectangular fields on the yellow stripes. Below are the same panels, but shifted to the left. They occupy the first three stripes from the left. The circular panels connected to them are on the left. Below, in the center, is a rectangular board with a decorative border and fanciful inscription extending over its top edge. On the sides are smaller rectangular boards with decorative borders and inscriptions above. To the right of the vertical stripes is a rectangular field containing horizontal rows of drawings of various objects, fruits, and numbers. The bottom board of the slot machine also has a black background and yellow stripes, which then merge into white boards with colored borders. Above these boards, on the left, is a rectangle divided into two halves. The inscription appears at the top of the rectangle. Next to it is a rectangular field with a border and inscriptions extending over its top edge. The white boards are connected by red lines, and on the sides of the outermost boards, circular boards are placed along a vertical line. On the right side is a rectangular box with horizontal rows of drawings of various objects, fruits, and numbers. Next to it, on the right, are the numbers.
