Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest automat do gier losowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie kasyn gry, salonów gier, swietlic, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac automatu do gier losowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia, szczególnie podswietlanych tablic czolowych.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1- przedstawia automat w widoku perspektywicznym z pólprofilu, flg.2 - w widoku z przodu, fig.3 i fig.4 ilustruja zdobienia podswietlanych tablic czolowych, odmiana 1-2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig.5 i fig.6 prezentuja automat w widoku z pólprofilu i od czola, natomiast fig. 7 i fig. 8- poszczególne odmiany zdobienia podswietlanych tablic czolowych automatu. Automat do gier losowych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowany w formie przestrzennej bryly, której scianka tylna oraz scianki boczne maja forme gladkich, pionowych powierzchni. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc czolowa automatu stanowia trzy podswietlane, polaczone ze soba pod katem rozwartym tablice. Górna podswietlana tablica jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza i polaczona ze srodkowa tablica, która jest polaczona z dolna podswietlana tablica. W poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi dolnej podswietlanej tablicy znajduje sie listwa z przyciskami. Ponizej podswietlanych tablic powierzchnia czolowa automatu jest scieta ukosnie w kierunku wnetrza automatu, tworzac wneke. We wnece znajduje sie prostokatny otwór. Ponizej scianka czolowa automatu przebiega pionowo. Do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc zdobienie podswietlanych tablic czolowych. Zdobienie podswietlanych tablicy, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1 stanowia motywy slowno-graficzne rozmieszczone na czarnym tle. W górnym, lewym narozu znajduje sie stylizowany napis w kolorze pomaranczowo-czerwonym rozswietlony zóltymi plamami. Obok sa rozmieszczone jedno pod drugim prostokaty z bialymi obwódkami. Z prawej strony jest tablica w kolorze czerwonymi czarnym, zakreslajaca pole wokól otworu wrzutowego. Ponizej napisu sa rozmieszczone tablice z róznokolorowymi rysunkami róznych przedmiotów, usytuowanych w rzedach jedno obok drugiego i cyframi obok. Róznokolorowe tablice sa takze z prawej strony. Z prawej strony znajduja sie cztery tablice jedna nad druga, przesuniete wzgledem siebie. Wewnatrz tych tablic sa cyfry i róznorodne przedmioty. Podobne tablice sa rozmieszczone wzdluz dolnej krawedzi, przy czym od strony czolowej, wzdluz krawedzi sa umieszczone przyciski z róznokolorowymi napisami. Zdobienie podswietlanych tablicy automatu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2 stanowi motyw slowno-graficzny w postaci stylizowanego czerwono-zóltego napisu z niebieskimi obwódkami, rozmieszczonego w górnym, lewym narozu, na zólto- fioletowo-zielonym tle. Obok sa umieszczone jeden nad drugim przyciski z kolorowymi napisami. W górnym, prawym narozu jest czerwono-czarna, prostokatna tablica pod otwór wrzutowy. Tlo na tej powierzchni jest w kolorze fioletowym. Ponizej tlo ma kolor fioletowy, mieszajacy sie z kolorem niebieskim, czarnym i zielonym. U góry jest rozmieszczony na luku czerwony, stylizowany napis. Ponizej sa umieszczone jedna obok drugiej monety w kolorze zlotym. Pod monetami jest rysunek przedstawiajacy trzy róznokolorowe, prostokatne tablice, polaczone czerwonymi liniami, które po obu stronach maja koncówki w formie kólek. W kólka sa wpisane cyfry. Ponizej jest czerwona tablica z bogato zdobiona zólto-czerwona ramka. Z prawejstrony jest zólto-pomaranczowa tablica. Na tej tablicy z prawej strony sa rysunki róznych przedmiotów i owoców umieszczonych w poziomych rzedach. Obok w dwóch pionowych rzedach sa rozmieszczone czerwone cyfry. Pod ta tablica jest niebieska, prostokatna tablica z bogato zdobiona ramka w kolorze zlotym, czerwonym i zielonym. Zdobienie dolnej czesci tablicy stanowi zielono-fioletowo-brazowe tlo. Na tym tle sa umieszczone z lewej strony trzy prostokatne tablice z rysunkami róznych przedmiotów wewnatrz. Linie laczace te tablice sa po obu stronach zakonczone czerwonymi kólkami z napisami cyfrowymi wewnatrz. U góry i u dolu sa szlaczki utworzone z rysunków róznych przedmiotów w róznych kolorach. Z prawej strony sa prostokatne tablice a pomiedzy nimi rozchodzace sie na obie strony monety w kolorze niebieskim. U dolu, wzdluz dolnej krawedzi sa rozmieszczone przyciski z bialymi obwódkami i kolorowymi napisami wewnatrz. The subject of the industrial design is a slot machine for games of chance, used as equipment in casinos, amusement arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated play. The new form of the slot machine, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements, particularly the illuminated front panels. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the machine in a perspective half-profile view, Fig. 2 in a front view, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 illustrate the decorations of the illuminated front panels, variants 1-2. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show the machine from a half-profile and frontal view, while Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 show various ornamental variations on the machine's illuminated front panels. The slot machine, based on the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, whose rear and side walls have smooth, vertical surfaces. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the front of the machine consists of three illuminated panels connected at an obtuse angle. The upper illuminated panel is slightly diagonally inclined to the ground and connected to a central panel, which is connected to the lower illuminated panel. A strip with buttons is located near the outer edge of the lower illuminated panel. Below the illuminated panels, the front of the machine is cut diagonally towards the interior of the machine, creating a recess. Within the recess is a rectangular opening. Below, the front of the machine runs vertically. Among the significant features of the industrial design are the ornamentation of the illuminated front panels. The illuminated panels, according to industrial design variant 1, are decorated with word and graphic motifs arranged on a black background. In the upper left corner is a stylized orange-red inscription illuminated by yellow spots. Next to this are rectangles with white borders arranged one below the other. To the right is a red and black panel outlining the area around the coin slot. Below the inscription are panels with multicolored drawings of various objects, arranged in rows one next to the other, and with numbers next to them. There are also colorful panels on the right side. Below is a red rectangle outlined by a gold border. The lower panel has a blue rectangle outlined by a gold border at the top. Below are three colorful panels, connected by lines extending beyond the edges on the right and left. These lines terminate in circles with numbers on their surfaces. On the right side are four panels, one above the other, offset from each other. Inside these panels are numbers and various objects. Similar panels are arranged along the bottom edge, with buttons with colorful inscriptions placed along the front edge. The illuminated display panels of the vending machine, based on the industrial design, variant 2, feature a verbal and graphic motif in the form of a stylized red and yellow inscription with blue borders, positioned in the upper left corner on a yellow, purple, and green background. Buttons with colored inscriptions are arranged one above the other. In the upper right corner is a red and black rectangular panel for the coin slot. The background on this surface is purple. Below, the background is purple, blending with blue, black, and green. At the top, a stylized red inscription is arranged in an arc. Below, gold coins are placed side by side. Below the coins is a drawing of three differently colored rectangular panels, connected by red lines, each with a circular ending on either side. The circles contain numbers. Below is a red panel with a richly decorated yellow and red frame. To the right is a yellow and orange panel. On this panel, on the right, are drawings of various objects and fruits arranged in horizontal rows. Next to them, in two vertical rows, are red numerals. Below this panel is a blue, rectangular panel with a richly decorated frame in gold, red, and green. The lower part of the panel is decorated with a green, purple, and brown background. Against this background, on the left are three rectangular panels with drawings of various objects inside. The lines connecting these panels terminate on both sides in red circles with numerical inscriptions inside. At the top and bottom are lines composed of drawings of various objects in different colors. On the right are rectangular panels, with blue coins extending to both sides between them.
