Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel przedni automatu do gier losowych, znajdujacego zastosowanie jako wyposazenie kasyn gry, salonów gier, swietlic, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac panelu przedniego automatu do gier losowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w elementach zdobienia podswietlanych tablic stanowiacych panel.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l- przedstawiajacym automat w widoku od czola, oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej panel tablicy czolowej automatu do gier losowych. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze panel przedni automatu do gier losowych, stanowia dwie podswietlane, polaczone ze soba pod katem rozwartym tablice. Górna tablica jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza. Polaczona z nia dolna tablica jest takze ukosnie pochylona do podloza. W poblizu obrzeza dolnej czesci panelu znajduje sie listwa w jednolitym kolorze z rozmieszczonymi na niej, w równych odleglosciach jeden od drugiego przyciskami. Kazdy przycisk jest na obrzezu blyszczacy i wykonany w innym kolorze. Panele automatu maja obrzeza otoczone listwa w jednolitym kolorze. Tlo obu tablic panelu ma forme ukosnie ulozonej kostki z rozmieszczonych naprzemiennie prostokatów w kolorze jasno- niebieskim i ciemno-niebieskim. U góry, w lewym górnym narozu jest rozmieszczona figura zblizona w swej formie do lukowo wygietego pasa. Na tym pasie znajduje sie stylizowany napis. Litery tego napisu sa cieniowane, u góry zólte a u dolu czerwone. Z prawej strony napisu znajduja sie dwa prostokaty, rozmieszczone jeden nad drugim a w prawym narozu jest czerwono- niebieski prostokatny przycisk, na czarnym tle. Ponizej stylizowanego napisu znajduje sie tablica. Tablica ta z lewej strony ma forme prostokat a z prawej jej boki sa sciete ukosnie i zbiezne w kierunku srodka. Na linii polaczenia tych krawedzi jest utworzony prostokat. Powierzchnia figury utworzonej przez ukosne boki jest w kolorze zóltym z czerwonymi smugami i czerwonym prostokatem posrodku. Pozostala powierzchnie tablicy tworza wzdluzne pasy w jaskrawych kolorach. Na tych pasach sa rozmieszczone jedna nad druga liczby jedno i wielocyfrowe. Pas z lewej strony tablicy jest ozdobiony róznokolorowymi rysunkami, które przedstawiaja stylizowane cyfry,owoce i inne przedmioty. Ponizej tej tablicy jest rozmieszczona prostokatna tablica z ozdobna ramka a u góry lukowo wgiety pas z wpisanym w nim stylizowanym napisem. Obok znajduje sie mniejsza tablica z ozdobna ramka. Z prawej strony panelu jest rozmieszczona szersza u góry i wezsza ku dolowi szarfa. Szarfa rozciaga sie na górna i dolna czesc panelu. Szarfa ma na koncu trójkatne wyciecie. Na tej ozdobnej szarfie sa usytuowane jedna nad druga, w poziomych rzedach ozdobnie napisane cyfry. Dolna czesc panelu jest ozdobiona z lewej strony rysunkiem przedstawiajacym blazna oraz obok umieszczonymi obok trzema tablicami z ozdobnymi ramkami. Tablice sa ze soba polaczone. Ponizej ramek i rysunku blazna znajduje sie wstega a na niej taki sam stylizowany, cieniowany napis w kolorze zóltym i czerwonym, jak u góry panelu. JPM International Ltd. The industrial design is the front panel of a gaming machine, used as equipment in casinos, amusement arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and colors, suitable for repeated playback. The new form of the gaming machine's front panel, according to the solution, manifests itself in the decorative elements of the illuminated panels constituting the panel. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the machine from the front, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the front panel of the gaming machine. Among the significant features of the industrial design is that the front panel of the slot machine consists of two illuminated panels connected at an obtuse angle. The upper panel is slightly inclined towards the ground. The lower panel, connected to it, is also inclined towards the ground. Near the edge of the lower part of the panel, there is a solid-colored strip with buttons spaced evenly apart. Each button has a glossy edge and is made in a different color. The slot machine panels have edges surrounded by a solid-colored strip. The background of both panel panels is in the form of a diagonally arranged die made of alternating light blue and dark blue rectangles. At the top, in the upper left corner, there is a figure resembling an arc-shaped strip. This strip features a stylized inscription. The letters of this inscription are shaded, yellow at the top and red at the bottom. To the right of the inscription are two rectangles arranged one above the other, and in the right corner is a red and blue rectangular button on a black background. Below the stylized inscription is a plaque. This plaque is rectangular on the left, and on the right, its sides are cut diagonally and converge towards the center. A rectangle is formed at the line joining these edges. The surface of the figure formed by the diagonal sides is yellow with red streaks and a red rectangle in the center. The remaining surface of the plaque is formed by longitudinal stripes in bright colors. Single- and multi-digit numbers are arranged one above the other on these stripes. The strip on the left side of the plaque is decorated with colorful drawings depicting stylized numbers, fruits, and other objects. Below this panel is a rectangular panel with a decorative frame, and at the top is a curved band with a stylized inscription. Next to it is a smaller panel with a decorative frame. On the right side of the panel is a ribbon, wider at the top and narrower towards the bottom. The ribbon extends across the top and bottom of the panel. The ribbon has a triangular cutout at the end. On this decorative ribbon are ornately inscribed numbers, arranged one above the other in horizontal rows. The lower part of the panel is decorated on the left with a drawing of a jester and three panels with decorative frames placed next to it. The panels are interconnected.
