Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest automat do gier losowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie kasyn gry, salonów gier, swietlic, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac automatu do gier losowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia, szczególnie podswietlanych tablicach czolowych.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1- przedstawia automat w widoku perspektywicznym z pólprofilu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - fig. 4 ilustruja zdobienia podswietlanych tablic czolowych, odmiana 1 i 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.5 - prezentuje automat w widoku perspektywicznym z pólprofilu, fig. 6 - w widoku z przodu, fig.7- odmiane I zdobienia podswietlanych tablic automatu, zas fig. 8 - odmiane II. Automat do gier losowych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowany w formie przestrzennej bryly, której scianka tylna oraz scianki boczne maja forme gladkich, pionowych powierzchni. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc czolowa automatu stanowia dwie podswietlane, polaczone ze soba pod katem rozwartym tablice. Górna tablica jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza i polaczona z dolna tablica, pochylona do podloza w przeciwnym kierunku niz górna podswietlana tablica. W poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi na dolnej czesci tablicy znajduja sie przyciski. Ponizej podswietlanych tablic powierzchnie czolowa automatu tworzy ukosna scianka, laczaca sie z usytuowana do niej pod katem rozwartym dolna scianka. Dolna, czolowa scianka jest nieco ukosnie usytuowana w stosunku do podloza. U góry dolnej scianki, z prawej strony znajduje sie wneka z wypustem na zewnatrz. Wewnatrz jest utworzona niecka. Do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc takze zdobienie podswietlanych tablic czolowych. Podswietlana tablica automatu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1 ma tlo w kolorze zólto-zloto-czerwonym, miejscami rozjasnione. W narozach tlo jest ciemne. Faktura tla przypomina mur starozytnej budowli z widocznymi freskami. W górnym, lewym narozujest rozmieszczona tablica ksztaltem zblizona do prostokata. Tablica jest wewnatrz czerwona a na obrzezu zakreslona czarna obwódka. Obok tej tablicy, z prawej strony znajduje sie okragly przycisk a obok niego czarne, prostokatne pole a na nim czerwone przyciski. Ponizej czerwonej tablicy, pomiedzy rysunkami egipskich figur jest usytuowana wzdluznie prostokatna tablica, podzielona na mniejsze prostokatne pola z napisami liczbowymi. Po bokach tablicy sa rozmieszczone szlaczki utworzone z trójkatów równobocznych, wierzcholkami skierowane w kierunku tablicy. Barwa trójkatów zmienia sie ku dolowi. Górne sa w kolorze czerwonym, ku dolowi jasnieja, przyjmujac u dolu kolor zólty. Nad ta tablica znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy glowy figur egipskich. Obok, z prawej strony rozciaga sie wzdluznie smuga w kolorze czerwono-brazowym. Z prawej strony tej smugi tlo przypomina oswietlony sloncem mur. Na tym tle sa rozmieszczone jedna pod druga czerwone tablice z ciemniejszymi obwódkami. Pomiedzy nimi jest widoczny fragment krajobrazu egipskiego z piramidami. Ponizej znajduje sie rysunek glowy postaci egipskiej. Na ten rysunek zachodzi stylizowany napis w kolorze czerwonym i zloto-zóltym. Z lewej strony sa umieszczone czarne prostokaty z cyframi wewnatrz. Nad kazdym i pod kazdym z prostokatów sa usytuowane kolorowe trójkaty. Wierzcholki górnych trójkatów sa skierowane ku górze, zas dolnych ku dolowi. Dolna czesc tablicy ma tlo takze w kolorze zloto-zóltym a na obrzezach ciemniejace. Z lewej strony sa rozmieszczone jedna nad druga czarne cyfry obok jedna obok drugiej tablice w kolorach bialym, czerwonym i zóltym. Z prawej strony znajduja sie umieszczone w poziomych rzedach motywy plastyczne przedstawiajace cyfry, rysunki owoców, rózne przedmioty a obok w kilku kolumnach cyfry. Kolor cyfr w kolumnach jest zielony, niebieski i czerwony. Obrzeza tablicy sa zaznaczonekolorem niebieskim. U dolu, na obrzezu sa rozmieszczone okragle, róznokolorowe przyciski z napisami. Podswietlana tablica automatu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2 ma tlo w kolorze czarnym w poblizu obrzezy i zólto- pomaranczowo-czerwonym posrodku. Tlo stylizuje plomienie ognia rozmieszczone na czarnym tle. W lewym, górnym, narozu jest rozmieszczony stylizowany napis w kolorze zólto-pomaranczowym na bialo-niebieskim tle. Napis jest wpisany w rysunek stylizowanego, drapieznego ptaka, rozmieszczonego na tle plomieni ognia. Z prawej strony, obok tego motywu znajduja sie umieszczone jeden nad drugim przyciski oraz czarne pole z czerwonymi przyciskami. Ponizej stylizowanego napisu jest rozmieszczona prostokatna tablica. Z lewej strony tablicy znajduje sie kolumna z umieszczonymi w poziomych rzedach rysunkami róznych przedmiotów w róznych kolorach. Obok w pionowych kolumnach sa rozmieszczone cyfry. Kazda kolumna cyfr na inny kolor. Jest kolumna cyfr w kolorze niebieskim, fioletowym, zielonym i czerwonym. Tablica z prawej strony zweza sie. Posrodku zwezonej czesci jest usytuowana tablica. Podobne lecz wieksze tablice znajduja sie ponizej. Sa one w kolorze czerwonym z obwódkami stylizujacymi plomienie ognia. U dolu dolnych tablic sa rozmieszczone napisy. Tlo dolnej czesci podswietlanej tablicy jest czesciowo czarne a czesciowo zólto-pomaranczowe, stylizujace plomienie. Posrodku jest waska, prostokatna tablica a pod nia sa rozmieszczone jedna obok drugiej tablice z cyframi. Z prawej strony znajduja sie prostokatne tablice. The industrial design is a slot machine for use as equipment in casinos, gaming arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the slot machine, according to the solution, is manifested in its shape and decorative elements, particularly the illuminated front panels. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the machine in a perspective view from a half-profile, Fig. 2 - a front view, Fig. 3 - Fig. 4 illustrate the decorations of the illuminated front panels, variants 1 and 2. The subject of the design is also illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 5 shows the machine in a perspective view from a half-profile, Fig. 6 - a front view, Fig. 7 - variant I of the decorations of the machine's illuminated panels, and Fig. 8 - variant II. The slot machine, according to the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, the back wall and side walls of which have the form of smooth, vertical surfaces. Among the significant features of the industrial design are the front of the machine, which consists of two illuminated panels connected at an obtuse angle. The upper panel is slightly inclined to the ground and connected to the lower panel, which is inclined to the ground in the opposite direction from the upper illuminated panel. Near the outer edge of the lower panel, buttons are located. Below the illuminated panels, the front of the machine is formed by a diagonal wall, which connects to the lower wall, which is positioned at an obtuse angle to it. The lower front panel is slightly inclined to the ground. At the top of the lower panel, on the right side, is a recess with an outward projection. A basin is formed inside. Another significant feature of the industrial design is the ornamentation of the illuminated front panels. The illuminated front panel of the machine, based on the industrial design, variant 1, has a yellow, gold, and red background, lightened in places. The background is dark in the corners. The background texture resembles the wall of an ancient building with visible frescoes. In the upper left corner, a rectangular-shaped panel is located. The panel is red inside and outlined with a black border around the edge. Next to this panel, on the right, is a round button, and next to it, a black rectangular field with red buttons on it. Below the red panel, between drawings of Egyptian figures, is a longitudinally arranged rectangular panel, divided into smaller rectangular fields with numerical inscriptions. The sides of the panel are decorated with lines formed by equilateral triangles, with their vertices pointing towards the panel. The triangles' color changes towards the bottom. The upper triangles are red, becoming lighter towards the bottom, becoming yellow at the bottom. Above this panel is a drawing of the heads of Egyptian figures. Next to it, on the right, is a longitudinal stripe of red-brown. To the right of this stripe, the background resembles a sunlit wall. Against this background are arranged one below the other red panels with darker borders. Between them is a visible fragment of an Egyptian landscape with pyramids. Below is a drawing of the head of an Egyptian figure. Overlapping this drawing is a stylized inscription in red and gold-yellow. On the left are black rectangles with numbers inside. Above and below each rectangle are colored triangles. The top triangles point upward, while the bottom triangles point downward. The bottom of the board has a golden-yellow background, darkening at the edges. On the left side, black numbers are arranged one above the other, and next to them, white, red, and yellow boards. On the right side, horizontal rows of artistic motifs depicting numbers, fruit designs, and various objects are placed, and next to them, numbers in several columns. The numbers in the columns are green, blue, and red. The board's edges are highlighted in blue. At the bottom, on the edge, are circular, multicolored buttons with inscriptions. The illuminated board of the machine, based on the industrial design, version 2, has a black background near the edges and yellow, orange, and red in the center. The background is stylized as fire flames arranged against a black background. In the upper left corner, a stylized inscription in yellow and orange appears on a blue and white background. The inscription is embedded in a drawing of a stylized bird of prey, placed against a background of flames of fire. On the right, next to this motif, buttons are placed one above the other and a black box with red buttons. Below the stylized inscription is a rectangular panel. To the left of the panel is a column with horizontal rows of drawings of various objects in different colors. Next to it, numbers are arranged in vertical columns. Each column of numbers is a different color. There is a column of numbers in blue, purple, green, and red. The panel on the right narrows. In the center of the narrowed section is a panel. Similar, but larger panels are located below. They are red with borders stylized as flames of fire. Inscriptions are arranged at the bottom of the lower panels. The background of the lower part of the illuminated panel is partly black and partly yellow-orange, resembling a flame. In the center is a narrow, rectangular panel, and below it are panels with numbers arranged side by side. On the right side are rectangular panels.
