Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest automat do gier losowych, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako wyposazenie kasyn gry, salonów gier, swietlic, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac automatu do gier losowych, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz elementach zdobienia, szczególnie podswietlanych tablic czolowych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l- przedstawia automat w widoku z przedu, fig. 2 - wwidoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 3 - uwidacznia zdobienie podswietlanych tablic czolowych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.4 - prezentuje automat w widoku od czola, fig.5 - w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig.6 - zdobienie podswietlanych tablic czolowych automatu. Automat do gier losowych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowany w formie przestrzennej bryly, której scianka tylna oraz scianki boczne maja forme gladkich, pionowych powierzchni. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc czolowa automatu stanowia trzy podswietlane, usytuowane jedna nad druga, polaczone ze soba pod katem plyty. Górna podswietlana tablica jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza i polaczona ze srodkowa tablica, ta zas jest polaczona pod katem rozwartym z dolna tablica. Ponizej podswietlanych tablic czesc czolowa automatu tworzy scieta ukosnie scianka, skierowana w przeciwna strone niz dolna podswietlana tablica, przechodzaca we wneke. Scianka stanowiaca dól wneki jest usytuowana ukosnie. Ponizej plyta czolowa automatu jest pionowa. W ukosnej sciance tworzacej wneke znajduje sie z prawej strony otwór. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc takze zdobienie podswietlanych tablic czolowych. Podswietlane tablice automatu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa polaczone ze soba i tworza calosc. Tlo tablic jest w kolorze czarnym z zóltym pionowym pasem, rozmieszczonym niesymetrycznie. Tablice stanowia trzy pola, odpowiadajace wielkoscia poszczególnym podswietlanym plytom. U góry, w narozu jest rozmieszczony stylizowany napis w kolorze pomaranczowo-zóltym z nieco mniejszym napisem u dolu, posrodku. Zza skrajnych liter górnego napisu widoczne sa glowy usmiechnietych skrzatów - blaznów w fantazyjnych nakryciach glowy. Litera górnego napisu z prawej strony zachodzi nazólty pas, na którym sa umieszczone kolorowe przyciski, usytuowane jeden nad drugim a obok mniejsze wzdluz linii pionowej. Zdobienie srodkowej tablicy stanowi prostokatne pole z wycieciem z lewej strony u góry, podzielone na pasy. Zdobienie pasa z lewej strony stanowia umieszczone w poziomych rzedach, jeden obok drugiego rysunki skrzatów - blaznów, cyfr, owoców i róznych przedmiotów. Na pozostalych pasach prostokata sa rozmieszczone jedna na druga cyfiy. Z prawej strony prostokatne pole jest ograniczone ukosnymi liniami, zbieznymi ku srodkowi. Na srodku znajduje sie prostokat z prostokatna obwódka laczaca sie z ukosnymi limami. Od lewej strony jest rozmieszczony znak „X". Ponizej prostokatnego pola znajduje sie posrodku prostokatna tablica z obwódka i fantazyjnym napisem, zachodzacym na jej górna krawedz. Po bokach sa mniejsze tablice z fantazyjnymi obwódkami i napisami u dolu. Dolna plyta wchodzaca w sklad podswietlanej tablicy ma na czarnej czesci z lewej strony trzy, polaczone ze soba wzdluznymi i ukosnymi liniami prostokatne pola z ozdobnymi ramkami. Z lewej strony, na czarnej powierzchni i z prawej strony na zóltej powierzchni, obok tych pól znajduja sie niewielkie, jedno nad drugim kólka a w nich cyfiy. Ponizej sa dwa, polaczone ze soba prostokaty z ramkami, przy czym wewnatrz prostokata z lewej strony jest napis. Z prawej strony, u góry czesciowo na zóltym pasie a czesciowo na czarnym polu jest rozmieszczona prostokatna tablica z ozdobna ramka. U góry, po obu stronach sa napisy, zachodzace na jej górna krawedz. Ponizej, posrodku jest pozioma linia a na niej stylizowany napis. Zas u dolu, ulozone w stozek glówki skrzatów - blaznów. The subject of the industrial design is a slot machine for games of chance, used as equipment in casinos, amusement arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated playback. The new form of the slot machine, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements, particularly the illuminated front panels. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the machine from the front, Fig. 2 in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 reveals the decorative elements of the illuminated front panels. The design subject is also illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 4 shows the machine from the front, Fig. 5 from a perspective view, and Fig. 6 shows the decoration of the machine's illuminated front panels. The slot machine, based on the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, whose rear and side walls have smooth, vertical surfaces. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the front of the machine consists of three illuminated panels, arranged one above the other and connected at a plate angle. The upper illuminated panel is slightly inclined to the ground and connected to the middle panel, which is connected to the lower panel at an obtuse angle. Below the illuminated panels, the front of the machine is formed by a diagonally cut wall, facing away from the lower illuminated panel, which extends into the recess. The wall forming the bottom of the recess is positioned diagonally. Below that, the front panel of the machine is vertical. The diagonal wall forming the recess has an opening on the right side. Other significant features of the industrial design include the ornamentation of the illuminated front panels. Following the industrial design, the illuminated panels of the machine are connected to each other and form a single unit. The background of the panels is black with a yellow vertical stripe, arranged asymmetrically. The panels consist of three fields, corresponding in size to the individual illuminated panels. At the top, in the corner, is a stylized orange-yellow inscription, with a slightly smaller inscription at the bottom, in the center. Behind the outermost letters of the top inscription are visible the heads of smiling dwarves/jesters in fanciful headgear. A yellow stripe overlaps the letter of the top inscription on the right, which is lined with colorful buttons, one above the other, and smaller ones next to it along a vertical line. The center panel is decorated with a rectangular field with a cutout at the top left, divided into stripes. The left-hand stripe is decorated with drawings of dwarves/jesters, numbers, fruit, and various objects, arranged in horizontal rows, one next to the other. The remaining stripes of the rectangle contain numbers arranged one above the other. On the right, the rectangular field is bordered by diagonal lines converging toward the center. In the center is a rectangle with a rectangular border connecting with diagonal lines. On the left side is an "X." Below the rectangular field, in the center is a rectangular board with a border and a fanciful inscription that overlaps its upper edge. On the sides are smaller boards with fanciful borders and inscriptions at the bottom. The lower board, which is part of the illuminated board, has three rectangular fields with decorative frames, connected by longitudinal and diagonal lines, on the black left side. On the left side, on the black surface, and on the right side, on the yellow surface, next to these fields are small circles, one above the other, containing numbers. Below are two connected rectangles with frames, with an inscription inside the rectangle on the left side. On the right side, a rectangular plaque with a decorative frame is placed at the top, partly on a yellow stripe and partly on a black field. At the top, on both sides, are inscriptions, overlapping its upper edge. Below, in the center, is a horizontal line with a stylized inscription on it. At the bottom, the heads of dwarves – jesters – are arranged in a cone. In the field formed by the legs of this figure are two circles with numbers inside them.
