Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba przednia automatu do gier losowych, znajdujacego zastosowanie jako wyposazenie salonów gier, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i kolorystyke. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na fotografii fig.1, przedstawiajacej szybe przednia automatu w widoku od czola. Szyba do automatów do gier losowych, zawierajaca elementy graficzne, charakteryzuje sie oryginalna grafika i kolorystyka. Ksztalt szyby zblizony jest do pólkola usytuowanego tak, ze czesc pólokragla znajduje sie u góiy. Tlo szyby jest w kolorze ciemnym, zblizonym do czarnego. W tle znajduje sie nocny widok rozswietlonych wiezowców i drapaczy chmur, ponad tym usytuowany jest napis ulozony ze stylizowanych liter, w kolorze zóltozielonym. Po obu stronach na tle rozswietlonych wiezowców znajduja sie gwiazdy piecioramienne w kolorze zóltym, ulozone symetryczne po trzy z kazdej strony tak, ze najwieksze znajduja sie najwyzej. Ponizej gwiazd znajduja sie dwa zólte, kwadratowe przyciski ulozone symetrycznie po jednym z kazdej strony. Na dole, pomiedzy przyciskami znajduje sie usytuowany poziomo wydluzony zólty prostokat. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w jego oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii zdobiacego szybe rysunku, przedstawiajacego nocny widok rozswietlonych wiezowców, ponad którymi umieszczony jest napis w kolorze zóltozielonym, zas po obu stronach na tle wiezowców sa umieszczone potrzy piecioramienne gwiazdy w kolorze zóltym, ponizej których znajduja sie dwa zólte, kwadratowe przyciski ulozone symetrycznie po jednym z kazdej strony, a pomiedzy nimi poziomo usytuowany wydluzony zólty prostokat, przy czym calosc wzoru ma ksztalt pólkola i jest obramowana blyszczaca rama, co uwidoczniono na fotografii fig. 1.Fig. 1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is the front glass of a slot machine, used as equipment in amusement arcades, pubs, cafés, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and colors. The subject of the design is shown in photograph Fig. 1, which depicts the front glass of the machine from the front. The slot machine glass, containing graphic elements, is characterized by its original graphics and colors. The shape of the glass resembles a semicircle, positioned so that the semicircular part is at the top. The background of the glass is dark, almost black. In the background is a night view of illuminated skyscrapers, above which is an inscription composed of stylized letters in yellow and green. On both sides, against the backdrop of illuminated skyscrapers, are five-pointed yellow stars, arranged symmetrically, three on each side, with the largest ones at the top. Below the stars are two yellow square buttons, arranged symmetrically, one on each side. At the bottom, between the buttons, is an elongated yellow rectangle, positioned horizontally. The essential features of the industrial design are visible in its original shape and the arrangement of lines of the drawing decorating the window, which depicts a night view of illuminated skyscrapers, above which there is an inscription in yellow and green, and on both sides, against the background of the skyscrapers, there are three five-pointed yellow stars, below which there are two yellow, square buttons arranged symmetrically, one on each side, and between them a horizontally placed elongated yellow rectangle, the whole design having the shape of a semicircle and being framed with a shiny frame, as shown in the photograph Fig. 1.
