Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyba przednia automatu do gier losowych, znajdujacego zastosowanie jako wyposazenie salonów gier, pubów, kawiarni i innych obiektów o charakterze rozrywkowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i kolorystyke. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na fotografii, na której fig.l - przedstawia szybe przednia automatu, fig.2 - przedstawia automat w widoku od czola z uwidoczniona szyba przednia, bedaca przedmiotem wzoru. Szyba do automatów do gier losowych, zawierajaca elementy graficzne, charakteryzuje sie oryginalna grafika i kolorystyka. Tlo szyby jest w kolorze ciemnym, zblizonym do czarnego, centralne miejsce zajmuje prostokatna ramka w kolorze zóltym, ze scietymi wierzcholkami, otaczajaca otwór, wyciety w szybie, przeznaczony do umieszczenia w nim ekranu monitora. Obok duzej ramki, z prawej strony usytuowane sa, jedna pod druga, dwie mniejsze kwadratowe ramki ze scietymi wierzcholkami. Ramki sa odlegle od siebie w przyblizeniu o dlugosc ich boku. Kazda z ramek otacza otwór, przeznaczony do umieszczenia urzadzenia do wrzucania i odbioru monet. Miedzy górna ramka a dolna umieszczony jest piktogram przedstawiajacy dlon z moneta w palcach. Ponizej dolnej ramki umieszczony jest piktogram przedstawiajacy dlon, w której lezy moneta. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz kolorystyce zdobiacego szybe rysunku, przedstawiajacego na ciemnym tle prostokatna ramke ze scietymi wierzcholkami, otaczajaca otwór, wyciety w szybie, obok której, z prawej strony, sa umieszczone jedna nad druga, dwie kwadratowe ramki, równiez ze scietymi wierzcholkami, kazda z ramekotaczajaca kwadratowy otwór, przy czym wszystkie ramki sa w kolorze zóltym, natomiast pomiedzy kwadratowymi ramkami jest piktogram przedstawiajacy dlon z moneta w palcach, a pod dolna ramka jest piktogram przedstawiajacy dlon, w której lezy moneta, przy czym calosc wzoru ma ksztalt poziomo usytuowanego prostokata i jest obramowana blyszczaca rama, co uwidoczniono na fotografii fig. 1-2 .Fig. 1Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is the front glass of a slot machine, used as equipment in amusement arcades, pubs, cafés, and other entertainment venues. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and colors. The subject of the design is shown in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the front glass of the machine, and Fig. 2 shows the machine from the front with the front glass, which is the subject of the design, visible. The slot machine glass, containing graphic elements, is characterized by its original graphics and colors. The background of the glass is dark, close to black, and the central space is occupied by a rectangular yellow frame with truncated corners, surrounding a cutout in the glass intended to accommodate a monitor screen. Next to the large frame, on the right side, are two smaller square frames with truncated tops, one below the other. The frames are spaced approximately the length of their sides. Each frame surrounds a slot intended to accommodate a coin insertion and collection device. Between the upper and lower frames is a pictogram depicting a hand with a coin in its fingers. Below the lower frame is a pictogram depicting a hand holding a coin. The essential features of the industrial design are visible in the shape, arrangement of lines and colors of the drawing decorating the glass, which represents a rectangular frame with truncated tops on a dark background, surrounding a hole cut in the glass, next to which, on the right side, there are two square frames, also with truncated tops, placed one above the other, each with a frame surrounding a square hole, all frames being yellow, while between the square frames there is a pictogram representing a hand with a coin in its fingers, and under the lower frame there is a pictogram representing a hand with a coin in it, the whole design has the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle and is framed with a shiny frame, as shown in photographs Fig. 1-2.
