OPAKOWANIE DLA CHLEBA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim chleba. PACKAGING FOR BREAD The subject of the industrial design is a packaging intended for placing bread in it.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym, a w przypadku odmian tez kolorystyce elementów graficznych. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a product, manifesting itself in the original graphic layout, and in the case of variations, also in the colors of the graphic elements.

Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniejacych w obrocie opakowan dla chleba, charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charakterem ukladu graficznego i kolorystycznego poszczególnych elementów. Packaging according to the industrial design, compared to a number of existing bread packages on the market, is characterized by the individual nature of the graphic and color layout of individual elements.

Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego - wykonane z folii w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu - posiada rozmieszczone nadruki tworzace kompozycje graficzna.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1, na którym przedstawiono wzór ukladu graficznego (nadruków) opakowania w wersji rozlozonej. W srodkowej czesci stanowiacej przód opakowania umieszczono stylizowany owal o scietych brzegach, z wpisanym w srodek ciemniejszym prostokatem o wycietym pasmie. W dolnej, prawej czesci tego prostokata, na zarysie owalu umieszczony jest zarys kawalka chleba - kanapki. Srodek owalu jest przezroczysty i po wlozeniu chleba bedzie on w nim widoczny. In the central part, which is the front of the package, there is a stylized oval with cut edges, with a darker rectangle with a cut strand inscribed in the middle. In the lower right part of this rectangle, on the outline of the oval, there is an outline of a piece of bread - sandwiches. The center of the oval is transparent and will be visible in the bread when you put it on.

Górny róg nad owalem jest ciemniejszy i tworzy kompozycje - pasmo z czescia górna rysunku, stanowiaca czesc spodu opakowania. W tej czesci umieszczono równiez jasniejszy prostokat o zaokraglonych katach do umieszczania informacji w tym o skladzie, producencie, takze w postaci kodu kreskowego. Dolny róg pod owalem jest jasniejszy i tworzy kompozycje - pasmo z dolna czescia rysunku stanowiaca druga czesc spodu opakowania. The upper corner above the oval is darker and forms a composition - a band with the upper part of the drawing, which is part of the bottom of the package. In this part there is also a brighter rectangle with rounded angles for placing information, including the composition, manufacturer, also in the form of a bar code. The lower corner under the oval is brighter and creates a composition - a strip with the lower part of the drawing forming the second part of the bottom of the package.

Na tym pasmie umieszczono mniejszy, analogiczny, jak w srodku owalu prostokat z umieszczonym na jednym z boków mniejszym stylizowanym prostokacie o zaokraglonych katach, w którym umieszczac mozna logo. On this band there is a smaller rectangle, similar to the one in the middle of the oval, with a smaller stylized rectangle with rounded angles on one side, in which a logo can be placed.

Spód opakowania wykonany jest z przezroczystej folii. The bottom of the package is made of transparent foil.
