The subject of the industrial design, in three varieties, is a new and unique form of a pot label, hereinafter referred to as the label, intended for placement on the side of a candle insert, typically burned outdoors. The pot label, covering part of the label's surface, allows the wick of the candle insert to be lit using a match. The label is a finishing element of the candle insert as a whole, serving as a decorative element and an information carrier. The novelty and unique character of the label form, according to the industrial design in three varieties, is reflected in the color scheme, line layout, design, and surface properties. The industrial design label in three variations, positioned as it is applied to the side of the candle insert, is shown in the attached computer printouts. The label design variations are presented together in a collective illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the first design variation, Fig. 2 shows the second design variation, and Fig. 3 shows the third design variation. Each label design variation is also presented individually, with the markings as above, in a separate illustration. As can be seen in the attached illustrations, the industrial label design is a colorful plastic composition, the elements of which, situated on a white background, are limited by a narrow, equal-width strip of the edge of a vertically positioned rectangle with rounded corners and a height to width ratio of approximately 1.7:1. The border strip, which externally delimits the elements of the artistic composition constituting the label's industrial design, is green in the first version of the label design, red in the second version of the label design, and blue in the third version of the label design. The foreground of the artistic composition constituting the label's industrial design is dominated by a line drawing of a horizontally positioned match with a head, placed at the bottom of the label. Immediately adjacent to this line is a graphic motif of a burning match flame in the form of two brown spots, one larger and one smaller, above which is the two-part inscription "IGNIS OLEJOWY" (OIL). The word "OLEJOWY" and the word "IGNIS" placed symmetrically above it are written in a simple, serif font in uppercase letters, with a distinctive font, especially in the case of the word "IGNIS." In the word IGNIS, the second letter in the reading order, "I", is topped with a stylized dot in the form of a candle flame. In the inscription IGNIS OLEJOWY, the word IGNIS is written in black, while the word OLEJOWY is written in green in the case of the first variant of the label design, in red in the case of the second variant of the label design, and in blue in the case of the third variant of the label design. Above the image of a match, there is a horizontally placed, single-part black inscription "POTARKA" written in simple, serif script. In the upper part of the label, around the perimeter and directly adjacent to its rim, there is a black inscription written in simple, serif script reading "WARNING: use as intended outdoors in candles, indoors in glass." At the bottom left of the label, there is a graphic symbol in the form of a "broken arrow" suggesting to the user of the grave candle insert how to remove the label from the side of the grave candle insert if necessary. This symbol is green for the first label design, red for the second label design, and blue for the third label design. At the bottom right of the label, there is also a symbolic designation of the type of grave candle insert. In the first label design, it reads Ol-l and is green; in the second label design, it reads 01-2 and is red; and in the third label design, it reads 01-3 and is blue. The new form of the label according to the industrial design is characterized by the following features. 1. The label is a colorful plastic composition, the elements of which, placed on a white background, are limited by a narrow, equal-width strip of the edge of a vertically positioned rectangle with rounded corners and a height to width ratio of approximately 1.7:1. 2. The edge strip of the label according to the industrial design is green in the case of the first version of the label design, red in the case of the second version of the label design, and blue in the case of the third version of the label design. 3. At the bottom of the industrial design label, there is a line drawing of a horizontally positioned match. 4. In the left part of the industrial design label, immediately adjacent to the image of a match, there is a graphic motif of a flame (a burning match) in the form of two brown spots, one larger and one smaller. 5.
