Zglaszajacy:Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe industrial design, in three variations, is a new and unique form of a label with a striker, hereinafter referred to as a label, intended for placement on the side of a candle insert typically burned outdoors, e.g., on graves. The label is a finishing element of the candle insert as a whole, serving as a decorative element and an information carrier. The striker, located on part of its surface, allows the wick of the candle insert to be lit using a match. The novelty and unique character of the label form, as defined by the industrial design, is evident in its color scheme, line layout, design, and surface properties. The industrial design label, positioned as it is applied to the side of the candle insert, is shown in the attached computer printouts. All three label design variations are presented together in a collective illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the first design variation, Fig. 2 shows the second design variation, and Fig. 3 shows the third design variation. Each of these three label design variations is also presented individually, with the same markings as above, in a separate illustration. As can be seen in the attached illustrations, the industrial label design is a dynamic, rectangle-based, plastic composition, the elements of which are limited by the outline of a rectangle and a contrasting, asymmetrically arranged background in various colours. This color variation of the label according to the industrial design is manifested in the fact that the right part of the label, which constitutes a vertical band approximately 0.2 times the width of the label, is brown, while the left part of the label, which constitutes a vertical band approximately 0.8 times the width of the label, is white in its lower part, up to a height of approximately 0.3 times the height of the label. Above that, its color depends on the design variant. In the first variant, it is black, in the second variant, it is blue, and in the third variant, it is red. The lower part of the label, white, is surrounded on the outside, at the bottom and on the left side, by a narrow, uniformly wide stripe in the color of the part of the label located above the lower part of the label. In the following description, the brown part of the label will be referred to as the right part of the label, the white part of the label as the lower part of the label, and the part of the label above the lower part of the label as the upper part of the label. In the center of the upper part of the label according to the first variant of the industrial design, a two-part white inscription reading "IGNIS WOSKOWY" is located horizontally. In the center of the upper part of the label according to the second and third variants of the industrial design, a two-part white inscription reading "IGNIS PARAFFINOWY" is located horizontally. Both the IGNIS WAX and IGNIS PARAFFIN inscriptions are written in simple, serif script in capital letters with a characteristic font, where the second letter, "I", is topped with a stylized dot in the form of a candle flame, slightly above which the background color of the label changes its saturation gradually, spreading concentrically from this point outwards, which creates the effect of a candle glow. In the right part of the label according to the first, second and third variant of the industrial design, there is, at the bottom, a vertically placed single-part white inscription POTARKA written in simple, block script from bottom to top. In the lower part of the label according to the first, second and third variants of the industrial design there is, at the top, a horizontally positioned multi-part black inscription with the text "ATTENTION: use indoors in glass, outdoors in candles.", while at the bottom left there is a black graphic symbol in the form of a "broken arrow" suggesting to the user of the candle insert how, if necessary, they should remove the label from the side surface of the candle insert. The main elements of the artistic composition constituting the industrial design of the label are a background with different colors, a two-part inscription, the first part of which is the word IGNIS (while the second part is the word WOSKOWY in the case of the first variant, and the word PARAFFINOWY in the case of the second and third variants), and the inscription POTARKA. The secondary elements of this composition include the inscription "WARNING: For indoor use in glass, outdoors in candles." and a graphic symbol in the form of a "broken arrow." The surface of the right part of the industrial design label, brown as shown in the attached illustration, is covered with a scratch layer, which makes it rough to the touch, unlike the surfaces of the lower and upper parts of the label. The new form of the industrial design label is characterized by the following features. 1. The industrial design label has a varied background color, in an asymmetrical arrangement, contrasting with its elements. 2. The right part of the industrial design label, which is a vertical band of the label with a width equal to approximately 0.2 times the width of the label, is brown. 3. The left part of the industrial design label, which is a vertical band with a width of approximately 0.8 times the label width, is white at the bottom, up to a height of approximately 0.3 times the label height, while above it is black in the case of the first design variant, blue in the case of the second design variant, and red in the case of the third design variant. 4. The label according to the second version of the industrial design has a background of varied colors, in an asymmetrical arrangement, contrasting with its elements. 2.2. The right part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, which is a vertical band of the label with a width of approximately 0.2 times the width of the label, is brown. 2.3. The left part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, which is a vertical band of the label with a width of approximately 0.8 times the width of the label, is white at the bottom, to a height of approximately 0.3 times the height of the label, and blue above. 2.4. In the centre of the upper part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, there is a horizontally located two-part white inscription, the first part of which constitutes the word IGNIS, while the second part constitutes the word PARAFFINOWY. 2.5. In the right part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, there is, at the bottom, a vertically located single-part white inscription: POTARKA. 2.6. The lower part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, in white, is surrounded on the outside, at the bottom and on the left side, by a narrow, equal-width blue stripe. 2.7. In the lower part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, there is, at the top, a horizontally positioned, multi-part black inscription reading "NOTE: use indoors in glass, outdoors in candles." 2.8. In the lower part of the label according to the second industrial design variant, there is, at the bottom left, a black graphic symbol in the form of a "broken arrow." 2.9. The background of the upper part of the label according to the second variant of the industrial design changes its saturation gradationally in a place located slightly above the dot stylized in the form of a candle flame above the second, in reading order, letter "I" of the word IGNIS, spreading concentrically from this place outwards, which creates a candle glow effect. 2.10. The surface of the right part of the label according to the second variant of the industrial design is covered with a layer of scratch coat, which makes it rough to the touch, unlike the surface of the lower and upper parts of the label. 3. Third variant of the design. 3.1. The label according to the third variant of the industrial design has a background of varied colors, in an asymmetrical arrangement, contrasting with its elements. 3.2. The right part of the label according to the third industrial design variant, which constitutes a vertical band of the label with a width of approximately 0.2 times the width of the label, is brown. 3.3.
