Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, na którym pokazano przedmiot wzoru. Etykieta - skarpety do spania wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt barwnego czworokata z napisami informacyjnymi oraz elementami graficznymi i posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci granatowo - bialego tla, na którym umieszczone sa stylizowane stopy, nad którymi znajduje sie napis „skarpety do spania" wykonane pisanymi literami, przy czym napis ten umieszczony jest w dwóch rzedach, zas miedzy tym napisem a stylizowanymi stopami umieszczone sa inne napisy informacyjne wykonane mniejszymi literami niz napis „skarpety do spania", zas w lewym górnym rogu etykiety umieszczony jest zólty ksiezyc, a w prawym górnym rogu etykiety umieszczone jest miejsce na inne napisy informacyjne dotyczace produktu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1. The subject of an industrial design is a new and original form of a label, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, properties and surface decoration, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows the subject of the design. The label - sleeping socks according to the pattern has the shape of a colorful quadrangle with information inscriptions and graphic elements and has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a navy blue and white background on which stylized feet are placed, above which there is the inscription "sleeping socks" written in handwritten letters, wherein this inscription is placed in two rows, and between this inscription and the stylized feet there are other information inscriptions written in smaller letters than the inscription "sleeping socks", and in the upper left corner of the label there is a yellow moon, and in the upper right corner of the label there is space for other information inscriptions regarding the product, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1.
