Lyzeczka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac lyzeczki przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, ornamentacji i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, na którym pokazano przedmiot wzoru. Lyzeczka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig 1 z elementem dekoracyjnym w postaci zegara na trzonku lyzeczki oraz miejscem na napisy informacyjne posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zegara z wahadlem, przy czym pod tarcza zegarowa umieszczone jest wspólksztaltne z tarcza zegara miejsce (1) na napis informacyjny, zas pod wahadlem i obok niego znajduja sie dwa czworokatne miejsca (2) i (3) na napisy informacyjne, przy czym powierzchnia lyzeczki ponizej tarczy zegara posiada stylizowane zdobienia, a wokól tarczy zegara umieszczona jest pofalowana linia (4), jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.1. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a spoon, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, ornamentation, and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows the subject of the design. The spoon according to the design shown in Fig. 1, with a decorative element in the form of a clock on the spoon's handle and a space for informational inscriptions, has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a clock with a pendulum, wherein under the clock face there is a space (1) for an informational inscription, co-shaped with the clock face, and under and next to the pendulum there are two quadrangular spaces (2) and (3) for informational inscriptions, wherein the surface of the spoon below the clock face has stylized decorations, and a wavy line (4) is placed around the clock face, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1.
