Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac motywu dekoracyjnego bielizny stolowej zawierajaca obrus, bieznik, serwetki, nakladke przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barw, ornamentacji i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Motyw dekoracyjny naniesiony na bieliznie stolowej z naniesionymi elementami ozdobnymi posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci ukladu bombek i dzwonków umieszczonych na stylizowanym szerokim pasie, grubych gestych powyginanych linii, zas wzdluz dolnej czesci brzegu bielizny znajduja sie dwie przerywane, powyginane, cienkie linie, wzdluz której umieszczone sa gwiazdki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 5. Motyw dekoracyjny przedstawiony na fig 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci powtarzajacego sie elementu na przemian ulozonych bombek i dzwonków + umieszczonych na szerokim ozdobnym pasie w postaci grubych, gestych, powyginanych linii, przy czym na górze tego elementu, nad kazda bombka i dzwonkiem oraz pomiedzy nimi umieszczona jest gwiazdka, zas ponizej umieszczone sa dwie przerywane, przecinajace sie powyginane cienkie linie z licznymi gwiazdkami, zas na rogach obrusu umieszczone sa duze gwiazdy otoczone malymi gwiazdkami, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1. W odmianie motywu dekoracyjnego na fig 2 przedstawiono wzór, który posiada cechy istotnewzoru przemyslowego w postaci elementu ozdobnego dwóch bombek, posrodku których umieszczony jest dzwonek, przy czym element ten umieszczony jest w dwóch przeciwleglych rogach na grubym pasie grubych powyginanych linii, przy czym nad kazdym elementem ozdobnym umieszczona jest gwiazdka. W pozostalych dwóch rogach umieszczone sa duze gwiazdy otoczone malymi gwiazdkami, przy czym pomiedzy duza gwiazda a szerokim pasem powyginanych linii umieszczone sa dwie przerywane, przecinajace sie powyginane, cienkie linie z licznymi gwiazdkami Ja k pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 2. Motyw dekoracyjny przedstawiony na bieliznie stolowej fig 3 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci elementu ozdobnego dwóch bombek, posrodku których umieszczony jest dzwonek, przy czym element ten umieszczony jest na szerokim, stylizowanym pasie powyginanych linii, zas nad kazdym elementem ozdobnym umieszczona jest gwiazdka. Dookola wyrobu przy jego krawedzi, umieszczony jest element dekoracyjny w postaci dwóch przerywanych, przecinajacych sie powyginanych, cienkich linii z licznymi gwiazdkami, przy czym na rogach - pod dzwonkami umieszczone sa duze gwiazdy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 3. W odmianie motywu dekoracyjnego przedstawionego na bieliznie stolowej fig 4, wzór posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci elementu ozdobnego dwóch bombek, posrodku których umieszczony jest dzwonek, zas calosc umieszczona jest na stylizowanym szerokim pasie powyginanych linii. Na przeciwleglym rogu umieszczone jest zdobienie w postaci duzej gwiazdy z licznymi malymi gwiazdkami niesymetrycznie ulozonymi w naroznej czesci wyrobu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 4 i 5.Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a decorative motif for table linen, including a tablecloth, table runner, napkins, and an overlay, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, colours, ornamentation and surface decoration, as well as the mutual positioning of the individual elements that make up the design. The decorative motif applied to the table linen with applied ornamental elements has significant features of an industrial design in the form of an arrangement of baubles and bells placed on a stylized wide strip, thick, dense, curved lines, and along the lower part of the edge of the table linen there are two broken, curved, thin lines, along which stars are placed, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 - 5. The decorative motif shown in fig. 1 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a repeating element of alternating baubles and bells placed on a wide decorative strip in the form of thick, dense, curved lines, where at the top of this element, above each bauble and bell and between them there is a star, and below there are two broken, intersecting, curved thin lines with numerous stars, and at the corners of the tablecloth there are large stars surrounded by small stars, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 1. A variation of the decorative motif in Figure 2 shows a design that possesses essential features of an industrial design in the form of a decorative element consisting of two baubles, with a bell in the center. This element is placed in two opposite corners on a thick band of thick, curved lines, with a star placed above each decorative element. In the remaining two corners are large stars surrounded by small stars, with two intersecting, broken, curved lines with numerous stars placed between the large star and the wide band of curved lines, as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 2. The decorative motif depicted on the table linen in Figure 3 possesses essential features of an industrial design in the form of a decorative element consisting of two baubles, with a bell in the center, with this element placed on a wide, stylized band of curved lines, with a star placed above each decorative element. Around the edge of the product, a decorative element is placed in the form of two broken, intersecting, curved, thin lines with numerous stars, while in the corners—under the bells—large stars are placed, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. In a variation of the decorative motif shown on the table linen, Fig. 4, the design has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a decorative element of two baubles, in the center of which is a bell, and the whole is placed on a stylized wide band of curved lines. On the opposite corner, a decoration is placed in the form of a large star with numerous small stars arranged asymmetrically in the corner part of the product, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 4 and 5.
