Wzór nadruku Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór nadruku, stosowany do nadruku materialów do pakowania takich jak folie z tworzyw sztucznych, folie me- talowe, papier, karton pakowy itp. Znane sa z obrotu rynkowego róznego rodzaju wzory nadruków stosowa- nych do nadruku materialów do pakowania jak folie z tworzyw sztucznych, folie metalowe, papier, karton pakowy, spelniajace funkcje ozdobne i estetyczne oraz indywidualizujace wyrób. Istote wzoru nadruku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i po- siadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke oraz jego ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wzór nadruku w ksztalcie prostokatnego okna o barwie granatowej z wielobarwna ornamentyka. The essence of a print design according to an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a print design in the shape of a rectangular, navy blue window with multi-colored ornamentation. As shown in Figure 1, the print pattern has the shape of a rectangular window, the outer navy blue frames of which have yellow borders on the inside, and in the upper navy blue part, separated from the bottom by yellow wavy lines, there is an ornament on a white background, separated by yellow and navy lines, with the navy blue inscription Madej i Wróbel, divided by a yellow graphic symbol & (end), and an ellipse with navy blue and white edges, inside which, on a red background, there are white letters M and W, separated by stylized white animal heads, and in the lower part, separated by yellow wavy lines, there is an ornament in the shape of a loose red paper scroll with yellow edges and a white inscription on a navy blue background.
