Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór nadruku, stosowany do na- druku materialów do pakowania takich jak folie z tworzyw sztucznych, folie meta- lowe, papier, karton pakowy itp. Znane sa z obrotu rynkowego róznego rodzaju wzory nadruków stosowa- nych do nadruku materialów do pakowania jak folie z tworzyw sztucznych, folie metalowe, papier, karton pakowy, spelniajace funkcje ozdobne i estetyczne oraz indywidualizujace wyrób. Istote wzoru nadruku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posia- dajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke oraz jego ornamentacje. The essence of the print pattern according to the industrial pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors and its ornamentation. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a red high-wave pattern, Fig. 2 shows a variation of a green high-wave print pattern, Fig. 3 shows a variation of the print pattern in high wave pattern with blue color, Fig. 4 shows a variation of the high wave pattern print in red color with multicolored ornamentation, Fig. 5 shows variations of the high wave pattern print in green color with multi-color ornament, Fig. 6 presents a variation of the blue high-wave print pattern with multicolored ornamentation. As shown in Fig. 1, the print pattern is in the form of a high red wave, the spine of which is terminated with wavy lines in the following colors: yellow, white, yellow, red and yellow. In a variant of the print pattern, as shown in Fig. 2, the pattern of the print is in the shape of a green high wave, the spine of which is terminated with wavy lines in the colors of yellow, white, yellow, green and yellow. In a variation of the print pattern, as shown in Fig. 3, the pattern of the print is in the shape of a blue high wave, the spine of which is terminated with wavy lines in the colors of yellow, white, yellow, blue and yellow. In a variant of the print pattern, as shown in Fig. 4, the pattern of the print has the shape of a high wave in red, with ornaments in the form of white inscriptions Madej & Wróbel and ellipses with blue-white edges inside which, on a red background, are white letters M and W are separated by stylized white heads of animals, and the crest of a high wave is finished with wavy lines in the following colors: yellow, white, yellow, red and yellow.
