Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny odzwierciedlajacy zakres przedmiotowy prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej, tak oznaczonej firmy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja slowno-graficzna spotegowana kolorystyka znaku, zapewniajaca skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku z przodu wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, trzecia odmiane na fig. 3, czwarta odmiane na fig. 4, piata odmiane na fig. 5, szósta odmiane na fig. 6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istotnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego sa elementy graficzne w postaci dwóch prostokatów o tej samej wysokosci i róznych dlugosciach, lezacych na jednym poziomie, przy czym stosunek dlugosci tych prostokatów wynosi okolo 4:9.Kolorystyka znaku: powierzchnia mniejszego prostokata - zielona lub czarna, powierzchnia liter „RS" - biala, powierzchnia wiekszego prostokata - biala, krawedzie wiekszego prostokata - zielone lub czarne, powierzchnia liter„AK" - zielona lub czarna, Poszczególne odmiany znaku graficznego róznia sie miedzy soba kolorami i tekstami uzupelniajacymi podstawowy znak slowno-graficzny. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze powierzchnia lewego prostokata jest koloru zielonego na której umieszczone sa centralnie biale litery „RS", a w poblizu lewego boku dluzszego prostokata o bialej powierzchni i zielonym obwodzie umieszczone sa litery „AK", litery te napisane sa gruba czcionka i maja dominujacy charakter w znaku. Wysokosc liter stanowi okolo 80% wysokosci prostokatów, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Kompozycja ta jest w kolorze czarno-bialym jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 . Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym okolo polowa powierzchni prostokatów od lewej strony, az do pionowej kreski litery K, pokryta jest prostokatna pólprzezroczysta powierzchnia koloru szarego oraz uzupelniona jest zapisem o tresci ,,ARCHITEKTURA KRAJOBRAZU", znajdujacym sie ponizej podstaw prostokatów i rozpoczynajacym sie od lewego boku mniejszego prostokata. Powyzszy zapis charakteryzuje sie rozstrzelonymi wielkimi literami, o znacznie mniejszej wysokosci od liter „RS" „AK".Trzecia odmiana zachowuje kolorystyke znaku jak w pierwszej odmianie, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. Czwarta odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w trzeciej odmianie, przy czym kompozycja ta jest w kolorze czarno-bialym jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4 . Piata odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym kompozycja ta uzupelniona jest zapisem o tresci , ARCHITEKTURA KRAJOBRAZU", umiejscowionym ponizej podstaw prostokatów i rozpoczynajacym sie od lewego boku mniejszego prostokata. Powyzszy zapis charakteryzuje sie rozstrzelonymi wielkimi literami, o znacznie mniejszej wysokosci od liter „RS" ,,AK" Odmiana ta zachowuje kolorystyke znaku jak w pierwszej odmianie, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5. Szósta odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno-graficzna jak w piatej odmianie, przy czym kompozycja ta jest w kolorze czarno-bialym jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 6 .Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5 Fig.6 PLThe subject of an industrial design is a graphic symbol reflecting the scope of the manufacturing, service, and commercial activities conducted by the company designated in this way. The essence of an industrial design is its verbal and graphic composition, enhanced by the color scheme of the symbol, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers for the manufacturing, commercial, and service activities conducted. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which also constitutes a collective list of all the variants of the industrial design presented in a frontal view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective list. And so: the first variant is presented in Fig. 1, the second variant in Fig. 2, the third variant in Fig. 3, the fourth variant in Fig. 4, the fifth variant in Fig. 5, the sixth variant in Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design Essential features of the industrial design are graphic elements in the form of two rectangles of the same height and different lengths, lying on one level, with the ratio of the lengths of these rectangles being approximately 4:9. The colors of the sign: the surface of the smaller rectangle - green or black, the surface of the letters "RS" - white, the surface of the larger rectangle - white, the edges of the larger rectangle - green or black, the surface of the letters "AK" - green or black. Individual varieties of the graphic sign differ in colors and texts supplementing the basic word-graphic sign. The first variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the surface of the left rectangle is green, with the centrally placed white letters "RS", and near the left side of the longer rectangle with a white surface and green perimeter, the letters "AK" are placed. These letters are written in bold and have a dominant character in the mark. The height of the letters is approximately 80% of the height of the rectangles, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1. The second variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a word and graphic composition as in the first variant. This composition is in black and white, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a word-graphic composition as in the first version, whereby approximately half of the rectangles' surface from the left side, up to the vertical line of the letter K, is covered with a rectangular semi-transparent grey surface and is supplemented with the inscription "KRAJOBRAZU" (LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE), located below the bases of the rectangles and starting from the left side of the smaller rectangle. The above inscription is characterized by spaced capital letters, with a significantly smaller height than the letters "RS" and "AK". The third version retains the color scheme of the symbol as in the first version, which is shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3. The fourth version of the graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a word-graphic composition as in the third version, whereby this composition is in black and white as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 4. The fifth variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a word-graphic composition as in the first variant, where this composition is supplemented by an inscription reading "KRAJOBRAZU ARCHITEKTURA" (LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE), placed below the bases of the rectangles and starting from the left side of the smaller rectangle. The above inscription is characterized by spaced capital letters, with a much smaller height than the letters "RS" and "AK". This variant retains the color scheme of the symbol as in the first variant, which is shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 5. The sixth variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a word-graphic composition as in the fifth variant, where this composition is in black and white, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 6.
