The essence of the industrial design is the use of a word and graphic composition, enhanced by the symbol's colors, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers in the production, service, and commercial activity conducted, particularly related to new original pneumatic devices. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a frontal view of the graphic symbol's display surface. The graphic symbol, according to the industrial design, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its elliptical surface with a broad, banded black outer edge. On the upper arc of the ellipse, large letters "WAN" are placed at significant intervals, their surface and dimensions giving the set of letters a dominant character in the graphic mark. The surface of the letters is white, contrasting with the background on which they are located. On the lower arc of the ellipse, there is the inscription "WYTWÓRNIA APARATÓW NATRYSKOWYCH" written in large, straight letters with a thin white line. In the central part of the inner surface of the ellipse, yellow, there is a trademark which is the company logo of the applicant. The mark represents a set of letters "WAN", the individual letters of which are integrated with each other, creating a single graphic composition with elongated arms of the letter "W", and at the same time, the elongated right arm of the letter "N". The elongated arms of the letters are marked with a thick line. The "WAN" graphic composition is placed in the center of the inner surface of a rectangle with rounded side walls, drawn with a thick line, an autoline, which is a thin parallel line on the outer side. In the inner surface of the rectangle, on both sides of the side parts, there are parallel horizontal thin black lines, the ends of which on the inner side create the outline of a trapezoid with the upper smaller base placed at the ends of the arms of the letter "W". In this composition, the "WAN" graphic set is exposed in the center of the trapezoid. On the inner surface of the ellipse, between the upper edge of the company logo and the inner edge of the banded outline of the ellipse, the word "GDYNIA" is marked, written in capital letters, in a block font with a white surface and a black outline of the outer edges.
