Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny biura techniczno-produkcyjno-han- dlowego w dziedzinie grzewczej, chlodnictwa i klimatyzacji. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno-graficznej znaku graficzne- go zawierajacego na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna, która w pola- czeniu z zestawem slowno-graficznym sugestywnie oddzialywuje na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej w zakresie projektowania, wytwarzania i handlu zwlaszcza w problematyce grzewczej, chlodnictwa i klimatyzacji. Znak graficzny równoczesnie ze spelnianiem funkcji informacyjnej prezentowanej trescia slow- na, grafika i kolorystyka, nadaje ekspozycji wysokie walory estetyczne, zapewniajac obserwatorom wysoka jakosc i niezawodnosc uzytkowa wprowadzanych do obrotu handlowego wyrobów oraz wyso- ka jakosc wykonywanych uslug. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego biura techniczno-produkcyjno-handlowego przedstawia wyraz „HESTOR" napisany duzymi zdobniczymi literami, gruba linia, o zmiennej szerokosci linii liter, ze szczególna stylizacja litery „E", w której pionowe ramie konczy sie na poziomym srodkowym ramie- niu, tworzac przerwe miedzy górnym poziomym ramieniem, a srodkowym poziomym ramieniem. Przed wyrazem „HESTOR" zaznaczony jest element graficzny znaku przedstawiajacy dwie ustawione wzgledem siebie przeciwlegle, lukowe powierzchnie stylizujace kierownice przeplywu strumienia po- wietrza. Lukowe powierzchnie skladaja sie z górnej powierzchni o lukowym zarysie ze zmienna szero- koscia linii i wklesloscia do wewnatrz oraz z dolnej powierzchni tworzacej zarys trójkata, o lukowych krawedziach bocznych z ulozonym srodkowym wierzcholkiem od strony luku górnego. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a verbal and graphic composition of the graphic symbol, containing a visual and color composition on the display surface. This, combined with the verbal and graphic combination, has a suggestive effect on observers, turning them into potential customers for the company's production, commercial, and service activities in the design, manufacture, and trade, particularly in the heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning sectors. The graphic symbol, while fulfilling the informational function presented through its verbal content, graphics, and color scheme, imbues the display with high aesthetic value, assuring observers of the high quality and operational reliability of the products introduced into circulation and the high quality of the services provided. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material showing a frontal view of the display surface of the graphic sign of the technical-production-commercial office in figures from Figure 1 to Figure 6, in which variations of the graphic sign correspond to the individual figures. The first variation of the graphic sign of the technical-production-commercial office shows the word "HESTOR" written in large, decorative letters, a thick line, with variable letter width, with a special stylization of the letter "E", in which the vertical arm ends at the horizontal middle arm, creating a gap between the upper horizontal arm and the middle horizontal arm. Before the word "HESTOR", a graphic element of the sign is marked, representing two opposite, arc-shaped surfaces stylizing airflow guides. The arc-shaped surfaces consist of an upper surface with an arc-shaped outline with variable line width and inward concavity, and a lower surface forming the outline of a triangle, with arc-shaped side edges with a central vertex positioned on the side of the upper arc. In the graphic mark, the surface of the letter "H" and the upper graphic arc is light blue, the remaining letters of the word "HESTOR" and the lower graphic element have blue surfaces, as shown in the attached illustration material, Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark of the technical-production-commercial office has a word and graphic composition identical to the first version. The distinguishing feature is the black surface color of the letters and graphic element, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third variant of the graphic symbol of the Technical-Production-Commercial Office has a word and color composition identical to the first variant. The fourth variant of the graphic symbol of the Technical-Production-Commercial Office has a word composition similar to the third variant.
