Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno-graficznej znaku graficzne- go zawierajacego na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna, która w pola- czeniu z zestawem slowno-graficznym sugestywnie oddzialywuje na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z prowadzonej dzialalnosci obejmujacej: - instalowanie i naprawa urzadzen elektrycznych, - montaz i naprawy instalacji grzewczych, - instalowanie i naprawa urzadzen klimatyzacyjnych, - instalacja, konserwacja i naprawa maszyn, - budowa i konserwacja rurociagów, - uslugi hydrauliczne, - instalowanie i naprawy urzadzen dla chlodnictwa, - projektowanie budynków, - opracowywanie projektów technicznych, - instalowanie i naprawa ogniw fotowoltaicznych, - instalacja systemów energetyki odnawialnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przed- stawiajacym widok czolowy powierzchni ekspozycyjnej znaku graficznego firmy instalacyjnej na figu- rach od fig. 1 do fig. 10, w którym poszczególnym figurom odpowiadaja odmiany znaku graficznego. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego firmy instalacyjnej przedstawia zestaw slowny skladajacy sie z wyrazu „KLIMAT", napisanego kursywa, bardzo gruba linia, blokowym krojem liter. Pod wyrazem „KLIMAT" umieszczony jest drugi slowny element znaku stanowiacy zapis „Rok Zalozenia 1989", na- pisany kursywa, sredniej grubosci linia, malymi literami z pierwszymi duzymi literami „R i Z" oraz cyfra „1989", nie przekraczajac krawedzi skrajnych liter wyrazu „KLIMAT", który ma dominujacy charakter w znaku graficznym. Nad wyrazem „KLIMAT", w jego czesci srodkowej zaznaczony jest element gra- ficzny znaku przedstawiajacy w stylizacji dwie koncówki lopat turbin, przeciwnie skierowanych, których wewnetrzne powierzchnie tworza kanal przeplywowy o zarysie eliptycznym. Efekt wizualny znaku graficznego poteguje kolorystyka poszczególnych elementów znaku. I tak: powierzchnie liter wyrazu „KLIMAT" i górnej lopaty turbiny, maja barwe granatowa, powierzchnie liter zapisu „Rok Zalozenia 1989" oraz dolnej lopaty turbiny maja kolor turkusowy, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a word-and-graphic composition of a graphic sign containing a plastic and color composition on the display surface, which, in combination with the word-and-graphic set, has a suggestive effect on observers, making them potential customers using the business activity conducted, including: - installation and repair of electrical devices, - assembly and repair of heating installations, - installation and repair of air conditioning devices, - installation, maintenance and repair of machines, - construction and maintenance of pipelines, - plumbing services, - installation and repair of refrigeration equipment, - building design, - development of technical projects, - installation and repair of photovoltaic cells, - installation of renewable energy systems. The graphic sign, while fulfilling the information function of the presented verbal content, graphics and colors, gives the exhibition high aesthetic values, providing observers with high quality and reliability of the products manufactured and introduced to trade and high quality of the services provided. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material presenting a frontal view of the exhibition surface of the graphic sign of the installation company in figures from fig. 1 to fig. 10, in which the individual figures correspond to variations of the graphic sign. The first version of the graphic symbol of the installation company presents a word set consisting of the word "KLIMAT", written in italics, in a very thick line, in a block font. Under the word "KLIMAT", there is a second word element of the symbol, which is the record "Year of establishment 1989", written in italics, in a medium-thick line, in lower-case letters with the first capital letters "R and Z" and the number "1989", not exceeding the edge of the outermost letters of the word "KLIMAT", which is dominant in the graphic symbol. Above the word "KLIMAT", in its central part, a graphic element of the sign is marked, presenting in stylized form two tips of turbine blades, directed in opposite directions, the inner surfaces of which create a flow channel with an elliptical outline. The visual effect of the graphic sign is enhanced by the colors of the individual elements of the sign. Thus: the surfaces of the letters of the word "KLIMAT" and the upper turbine blade are navy blue, the surfaces of the letters of the record "Year of establishment 1989" and the lower turbine blade are turquoise, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic sign of the installation company has a word-graphic and color composition identical to the first version.
